Jim has an incredible knowledge of the human anatomy.
After telling him the problem, he quickly worked out the cause, not my neck which was giving the pain but a damaged muscles in my shoulder.
With a couple of sessions and a set of exercises to do at home it is well on the way to a full repair.
Jims professionalism make you feel totally at ease and that you are in very capable hands.

When I have a problem (usually because I've done something stupid) I go see Jim, and he always sorts me out. He has great knowledge of the human anatomy. He always pinpoints the problem, he works on you, gives the right exercises to speed up your recovery, and has never failed me in over 3 years. You can't ask for any more.

Would highly recommend Jim Radcliffe to anyone who needs a proper deep tissue sports massage for any injury picked up during the many activities we take part in out here in paradise. A mate out here recommended Jim to me shortly after moving out here nearly 4 yrs ago, and I have been using Jim since then. Playing padel tennis, walking the mountains, swimming, and gym workouts takes its toll on the aging body at times, so a visit to Jim will help get back on track as soon as possible. He doesn't mind putting me through a bit of pain to get to the source of the problem, but it is so well worth the very reasonable cost of the session, €25 for half hr and €40 for an hr. He will also send you on the detailed stretches and exercises needed to aid recovery. Unlike many physios who treat more than one client at a time, Jim gives you his full attention for the duration of your session. I have bumped into Def Leppard singer songwriter Joe Elliott on occasions at the clinic as he speaks so highly of Jim and calls in on a regular basis when on the island. If Jim is good enough for Joe? Then he's good enough for me.
