I was washing my face one day and flipped my head to get my hair away from my face, and hurt my neck. A month later, I woke up and stretched and it sprained my neck. At this point I wondered if I'd be needing a Life Alert on me soon. But instead, I came here.

I had never been to a chiropractor before, but I realized there was no need for any fears or worries since I had done numerous Thai massages before overseas - and they are twisting you, swinging you, and cracking you every which way.

Dr. Koch and Deanne are fantastic. From my very first appointment, communication has been great and booking online or over the phone is incredibly easy. And you usually don't wait for very long in the waiting room. There's water in the back by the bathrooms, too, if you need it.

Since my job is physically demanding, I often have a lot of tension held in my upper body. After my adjustment, I feel so much better, and Dr. Koch really makes you feel at ease and has made me laugh every time. I felt so good after my first appointment that I now have a membership where I get cracked like a glowstick once every month!

However, along with a monthly chiropractic adjustment, I also get a monthly sport's/deep-tissue massage, and acupuncture done at other places to keep up with my self-care.
