I first met Josh Castillo in 2022. At that time, I was consuming a case of Rockstar energy drinks in just two and a half weeks. Concerned, Josh conducted an EDS screening and found that my readings were extremely low. After the EDS screening, he recommended herbal medicines, which I have been taking for over a year. These herbal medicines, along with the EDS screening, have been crucial for my recovery following my hysterectomy and type ll diabetes. I was still a little skeptical but I went with him on this Journey. I'm so glad that I did. Josh is very good at what he does and cares about his Patients! Josh was referred to me by a Bay Area Company that had a back log of 1 year and unable to assist so they recommended Josh. I suffered from a severe cough that prolonged for several months. I tried a number of remedies but unable to kick it. I had countless sleepless nights. Finally Josh was able to treat me remotely. Now I had been treated by a Chiropractor 25 years earlier which eliminated all my allergies but the treatment was in person. I had shoulder and elbow pain for over two years before seeing Castillo Wellness. I tried various pain killer medicines but it didn’t help at all. I decided to take the natural path and got an acupuncture because I was tired of taking pain medication. I was in a pretty devastating car accident on the freeway in December of 2022. Immediately following this accident I had the worst muscle stiffness and pain I’ve ever experienced causing me to have severe migraines every day. I would wake up from my sleep at three or four in the morning because my head hurts so much. I had started chiropractic treatment in January paired with massage. It was very helpful for me however, I continue to have migraines and my neck pain persisted, which was my chief complaint beside the migraines. I started seeing Josh for acupuncture as he came highly recommended from a woman I work with. I contacted Castillo Wellness as I was having digestive issues as well as problems getting my blood pressure under control. I was already on 3 BP prescriptions, and I didn't know what to do. After testing me, Castillo Wellness recommended several supplements for me that improved my blood pressure as well as my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.
