This is a great health center. I see Dr Li for acupuncture and he does an amazing job. I also get dental cleanings here and the dentists are thorough. Hygienists are kind and really seem to care. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Amy in reception. Nurses who take vitals are always personable. The facility is clean. I also greatly appreciate that there is no florescent lighting. Parking is adequate.

One suggestion I would make is to have calming music on in the acupuncture rooms. This could be optional on a per patient basis. Once or twice it was playing in the background during my acupuncture sessions and it’s very helpful for relaxation during treatment.

All around this is an excellent facility. Highly recommend.

They had treated me with more care than almost anybody I’ve ever met had during the visit.

Their diagnostic approach is interactive, they actually see when you’re physically or mentally in pain even when you may not have realized, and help you manage your pain in ways that other health centers may have overlooked.

They’re also the health center that I’ve been to who are open about each case being unique and interactively work towards solutions rather than assuming a one size fits all approach is what everybody wants and needs for each unique person’s situation.

I would recommend this place to anybody who is struggling with any type of pain or discomfort with their current condition for an interactive plan that addresses potential paths for everyone’s unique challenges.

I highly recommend this place for everybody. I may regret saying this because once everybody finds out this little gem, I’m sure that it’ll be really busy. The staff is very kind and helpful. I have my bad days and I get a little fussy, but they’re still patient with me. Cindy is really sweet and kind. She’s very helpful. She’s been wonderful to me. Acupuncture is really amazing here I suffer with a lot of back pain and a lot of times it’s out of 10 and I’m able to walk out of here with either a pain level of five or a pain level of one sometimes even a zero dental I like their dental here they’re really good and efficient and they do take good care of you. I haven’t done vision here, but I really love the fact that they do everything here medical dental vision and acupuncture. It’s all in one. The doctors are really nice my doctor Stephen Denq is really amazing through all my health issues. He’s been helping me out with everything and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to be honest with you. So if you’re looking for somebody to really take care of you and listen to your needs and help you with your healing process, this is a very wonderful place to go for your doctors and for all your medical issues and needs. I wouldn’t give this place five stars I would literally give it 10 stars because You just can’t get the good care that you can get here anywhere else and this is coming from a person that has had many doctors I do like my Usc doctor for my rheumatologist and my other Usc doctor for my mass activation syndrome but everything else I love Tzu Chi Medical Center. Come and see for yourself I promise you you won’t be disappointed.

I had severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting for days, even after three ER visits. Nothing worked until I came here on Oct 30. The doctor asked a few questions, prescribed a new medication, and I’ve felt so much better since—no pain at all since and I can finally eat again! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they even helped me apply for medical. I’m so grateful and will definitely be coming back for future visits now ! 10/10 RECOMMEND
