The practice continues to change their policies to the point that it's impossible to get care even as an established patient. I'm past due for a treatment I've been getting with them every 3 months for years and have been struggling to get care only to be told today "we're no longer providing it" so all of the hoops they've been making me jump through to get my treatment were for nothing. They gave me no warning that these changes were coming and led me along as if I would continue to get care if I kept trying. People come here because they are in pain. To continually mislead patients who are in pain and give them false hope is shameful. Then they billed me for the appointment where they mislead me into believing I would receive care. They have no plan to help patients continue care other than to tell me to find a neurologist who might offer these services knowing all neurologists have a waiting list of at least 6 months. I won't be back.

This outfit helped me and I’m grateful to Dr. Travis Martin, Dr. Mozingo, and Dr. Pires for giving me the relief I needed in my lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint. I was suffering terribly and was incapacitated and although this took time and effort and going back again and again I got the help I so desperately needed. Pacific Pain Physicians did a Rhizotomy on my neck 3-1/2 years ago, and it’s still working! I am so pleased with their treatments that I’m going in for 2 nerve blocks, followed by a Rhizotomy on my low back. Yes, it’s painful, but nothing compared to the debilitating, chronic pain without the treatment. These docs are all wonderful at what they do!

Pacific pain doctors are compassionate, caring, and have made my life have a better quality. Nurses and front office are all amazing. This office goes above and beyond to help their patients.

I would recommend them to anyone who is suffer from chronic pain. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and suffer from imense pain in every single joint. Degeneration in my back, knee, and my ribs. I am in getting injections often due to my debilitating disease. Their care goes beyond just patient care they treat you like family.

Dr. Piers had an excellent bed side manner and was very explicit regarding my chronic condition. I would absolutely recommend him, wonderful doctor.
Office staff on the other hand left a lot to be desired; reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Being referred to Pacific Pain Physicians I can honestly say has been one of the worst things to happen in my life. The nerve blocks they do don't help and having those nerve blocks done is EXCEPTIONALLY painful. My pain is so bad now it has put me out of work.

Barbara Irish is rude, unprofessional & a waste of time as far as pain relief. This place is nothing more than a chiropractic referrel joint!!!!!!! Zero help for pain.
