I have been getting acupuncture with Renata for the past few months for my insomnia and and PMS symptoms. I didn't know anything about acupuncture before meeting Renata but I immediately felt so comfortable with her and assured I was in the right place with getting treatment for my insomnia.

I cannot recommend her more. She is so knowledgeable, generous and skilful. She has helped my with my diet and informed me a lot about nutrition and what foods I need to focus on. This suggested change in my diet has helped my symptoms massively and has boosted my confidence in taking sufficient care of myself to feel better.

For so long I had been hopeless in curing my insomnia, but getting acupuncture with Renata has completely changed this. I am not there yet but I can feel it improving with each session, and for the first time in ages I feel closer to natural sleep and rest. In addition it has helped with my mood and fatigue and pms symptoms.

It is so refreshing to receive Renata’s holistic and supportive approach and treatment, she has listened intently to my symptoms and catered her treatment very specifically to what I have needed help with.

I have recommended Renata and E5 acupuncture to friends and family who have had any related chronic symptoms or have something they are struggling with. The atmosphere of E5 Acupuncture is calming and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone who is new to acupuncture or is looking for treatment.

I’ve been seeing Andrew since shortly after my ACL reconstruction. He has worked miracles in terms of getting the leg muscles moving again and reducing pain and swelling. I had a stubborn sort of blockage in the knee that was preventing it from straightening fully, mentioned it to Andrew and in two minutes he had completely removed it and it hasn’t come back. Complete miracle worker. I’ve got no idea how this works, but it does and Andrew is amazing! He has also used electronic muscle stimulation to recruit my quad muscles when I couldn’t activate them, and knowing that I don’t like needles, has been kindly distracting me with his gardening magazines. He’s really very good and super kind too. Highly recommended!

i have been coming weekly for a good 2-3 months now and i can safely say Sean has been a live safer. I have struggled with TMJ and back pain for over a decade and have tried absolutely everything, and i'm amazed that something as simple as acupuncture could be the one thing that's making the biggest difference. I always get an almost immediate relief from the sessions and it seems to last longer and longer..i can be pain-free for almost the whole week in between appointments now, which is pretty incredibly considering that before this i was in pain 24/7. Also Sean is lovely and the clinic is nice and functional, in an easy location, with appointments almost always available, which means i don't have to try remember to book ages in advance. Finally, i really appreciate the reasonable price, it makes it considerably more sustainable and means i will be able to keep coming regularly for a long time

Very calm & relaxed acupuncture practice with great practitioners. I’ve had sessions with Sean & more recently Andrew, who has really helped ease pain and inflammation in the muscles surrounding my osteoarthritic hip. Would highly recommend!

Today i had my second visit with sean , and i cant believe the results i had suffered with pain in my shoulder and back foe years and
Never found anyone who could treat it , after two sessions at e5 the pain has eased so much ! The space is very clean and super relaxing i left feeling great . Highly recommend !

I was super nervous about starting acupuncture at a new clinic but Sean made me feel very at ease and the treatment was painless. It’s a really peaceful, clean and quiet practice. Wish I’d come sooner, would thoroughly recommend!
