Absolutely amazing, quick results in relieving shoulder spasms following extensive open heart surgery. This was my first time ever doing acupuncture. Nobu made me feel very comfortable. The process was more pleasant than I imagined. He explained everything and was very thorough asking me about my arm pain symptoms. Nabu is absolutely amazing. I’ve been twice and now have my wife set up to go. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and effective. I’ve had chronic stress related headaches for a decade. I’d have them at least 3-5x a week. They stopped immediately after my first treatment. I can’t explain how relaxed the muscles in my forehead, back of head, back of neck and shoulders became. Think your best massage, but the feeling didn’t go away! He is also helping me with other conditions and I’m already seeing marked results. Love his office location. A little hard to find the first time. Google maps will get you there, just follow the signs to ensure you know which building. He’s located on the second floor next to Fisher orthodontics. His office is serene and out of way, which I like. Very peaceful!

This year has been my first time trying acupuncture. I've been dealing with hormone imbalances for 20+ years. Been 2x now and have already experienced improvements! The last handful of years I've been increasingly focusing on a holistic approach (diet, adaptogenic supplements, chiropractic, etc). Now that I have had the experience as well testimonies from friends who have had great outcomes, I would totally recommend considering acupuncture and this place. Helios is located in a little tucked away office space in downtown Smyrna. Atmosphere is relaxing. Nobu is considerate and caring. Also appreciated previous reviews for Helios that I saw because they seemed so genuine (and bonus that my chiropractor also recommended this acupuncturist because of personally visiting him too).
