Fantastic, no other word for Amanda and her work. I very rarely leave reviews but Amanda deserves it and more.

When I came I was suffering from entirely random, extremely severe anxiety attacks that were so debilitating I was struggling to maintain day to day life. They'd been getting gradually worse over many years, reaching a head where I wasn't able to function day to day without feeling like I was going to implode.

The NHS doctors told me the only solution I had was benzodiazepines which are extremely addictive and from reading studies they're very damaging to the body and aren't a good long term solution. So I didn't have much choice but to try something a bit left-field, that being traditional Chinese medicine.

I was a bit skeptical at first but went with Amanda's diagnosis. Within the first three weeks and whilst trying to get some diagnosis of herbs that worked, my symptoms had eased off quite a bit, after one month I had days where I didn't have any anxiety at all and just after the two and a half month mark and to this day, I'm back to normal again and completely anxiety attack free. I have no idea what she did, I don't know what herbs I was taking but she really fixed a problem that has been plaguing me for years. Unbelievable.
