For over 30 years, I lived with increasing pain and a wide range of nerve conditions—sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, Morton’s neuromas, and meralgia paresthetica. Dr. Grandle has really helped me through neck and back crises. He also recommended a specific set of exercises that have been game-changing as far as back and neck health. With those exercises, I have been able to stay healthy and feeling good! Now I only need to see him every once in a while. He is really good about not signing you up for long expensive packages, rather, helping you stay OUT of the office with good routines at home. 🙂
