So easy to work with AC Cool. The lovely scheduling woman was very communicative and fit me in on the limited days I was available. The guys who installed the new heater were knowledgeable and worked fast, left the place clean, and explained how the new unit worked. Super happy with my experience and if I ever buy a home I will def use AC Cool for future needs.

Bill has been our regular tech . He’s very nice and does a great job . He lets us know re any issues that occur , since our units are up in the attic. Today he notified us our tankless water heater was leaking . Thumbs up to Bill for a great job.

Our technician was personable, explained everything, and got the job done quick. Found small issues such as the fact that the heaters were running too hot for the situation and made them quieter and more efficient. We had a rental and my personal home tuned up.
