John and I want to express our appreciation for a job well done in installing the expansion of our Enphase solar panel system. Due to our rural setting and limited space on the house for the additional two solar batteries, larger electric panel box and an 18 KW generator, we worked with AC&R to resolve each of the issues. The project also included installing a propane line from the tank to the house and extending power to the generator.

Our business relationship started in 2015 when AC&R installed a Mitsubishi HVAC system. Then in 2022 AC&R installed a 29-panel Enphase solar panel system. The leadership team, office staff and installers were responsive, highly professional and went the extra mile to make sure each job was completed through the final Mendocino County inspection process. We HIGHLY recommend AC&R.

AC&R was responsive in providing the estimate and showing up for the installation. During the estimate and install, their staff assured me that they would complete the paperwork for my rebate -- a point that was pushed as a selling point -- "as soon as your payment clears." That was AUGUST and we're a day from DECEMBER. Repeated calls and emails have been to no avail. Their responsiveness (and perhaps their truthfulness) is horrible.

Central AC/Furnace installation was completed quickly and very reasonably priced. They completed the job for ~$1,500 under the price that they originally quoted me. My situation was a bit unique since I had an uncommon return grill that needed a special order to replace. In order to get my return grill replaced, I had to call to set up several appointments (some of which were missed without AC&R letting me know, and some were rescheduled because the installer was unable to complete the replacement on his own). It was over a month after the installation was complete that I finally got my return grill replaced. Overall, I would recommend AC&R, and I am sure that the issues I had are not common practice for their business.

Jonathan did maintenance on my heater and replaced my allergy filter. He is very professional and did such a great job. My heater is working really well now and my PG&E bill is down a lot. Today he installed a new thermostat for me. I requested Jonathan install it. Again he did a great job. Taylor found me the perfect thermostat, just what I had asked for. She was so very understanding regarding what I needed and wanted. She always called be back when she said she would. I am so pleased.
