I've never been charged for an assessment fee at an acupuncture clinic and was not made aware that there would be a charge for this. I've been to several clinics and haven't experienced this. I was not made aware of this and there was really no point of me coming to this clinic because I go to other places already. I got referred to my mom but she was on workers compensation so the treatment is different and more direct and flexible. I would avoid this place I'd you just have a regular Kaiser referral.

This office is a place for healing. I came here several weeks after major surgery with muscular and nerve pain in my neck, head and shoulder. I had been to physical therapy for a couple of weeks and I was going backwards with increased inflammation and pain. I had never had acupuncture before and after the first treatment, I quickly felt better. I've had 6 treatments with each resulting with me improving. I am continuing the treatments and I feel as though these acupuncturists have helped me get on with my life and normal routine.

I have been treated by James and Gina. Both acupuncturists are fantastic listeners and focus on the cause and direct treatment of you pain. There is no rush here and they will work with you for as long as it takes to get results. I feel as though they are sincerely working to heal you and I have had great results.

I would highly recommend any person in pain or discomfort to try Acupuncture for USA. They treat all levels of illness and conditions. They are caring and professional and I am so thankful to be treated by them.

I have been using acupuncture for a long time but recently discovered Acupuncture for USA because it's close to my house. I'm SO happy I did. Very nice office, always on time, can always get appointment, and very good personal service. The doctors take time to determine exactly what to treat and the approach and I have gotten relief for more than one injury. If you have never tried acupuncture please do if you are tired of taking medication or dealing with pain or ailments. It doesn't hurt and the staff is very gentle and will explain all of it. I end up falling asleep because it is relaxing and serene. They also accept insurance. Five stars for sure.

A great find through my insurance. Easy to get an appointment. Plenty of parking. Always seen on time. Polite, professional staff. James has been great and has offered me an acupuncture experience a step above anything I've had before. He really takes the time to listen to my issues and develop a treatment plan specific for my needs on the given day. I leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

Some questionable business practices. They charged me for initial assessment visit. I have been going for acupuncture for several years - I have never seen an "assessment only" session with a full appointment charge - the visit lasted approx. 3 minutes. Then after three actual acupuncture sessions they asked me to come back for an additional "assessment only" session. You can draw your own conclusions

I'm super lucky to be treated by Steven Lin. He is such a kind doctor, great bedside manners and was thorough to examine us as first time patients. He's been doing this for SO LONG. It's like drinking a cup of tea for him. I felt very minimal stinging / tingling even though I had chronic stomach problems which tends to cause more burning sensations during treatment

He is really gifted at what he does.... He was so patient answered ALL our questions, our concerns, gave us health advice and tips to use on a daily basis as well.

I know people will be skeptical about acupuncture, it's still emerging into western culture. Seems like a myth that a few needles can cure an ailment but it really does... the price is a little higher than expected probably too for example a full body massage is $50 and acupuncture here runs $75 per 30-40 min treatment- but what you're getting is really beneficial in the long run.

PS - get a package plan of treatments, you get a discount of almost $20 per treatment that way

Only con is that it can be very quiet and boring they don't have music or TV playing unfortunately... which I feel they should add

*if you fidget a lot I recommend only getting needles in your specific concern area VS needles all over your body as you're not meant to move during the treatment and will not have access to your phone / distractions

Free parking in plaza. Free snacks + drinks / coffee in waiting room. They really know how to take care of their guests 🙂

I saw this place because I go to the Ortho right upstairs and I thought let me just pop in and see what they are about since I am looking for a real solution for situation. Moriah; the receptionist was amazing. Very helpful took my info got back to me quick and I made my appointment. James was awesome. He listened to my concerns and asked all of the right questions to make sure he can treat me properly and then told me what the plan would be. The first week already I have seen some improvement and I will be back this week to continue. The place is extremely clean, peaceful, relaxing, and I am confident in Acupuncture for USA and their services. I would totally recommend them!

You really can't go wrong here at Acupuncture for USA. The team of acupuncturist's here are skillful, professional, compassionate, and incredibly friendly. I always leave very relaxed and in much less pain than when I came in. You can schedule your sessions via text, which is very convenient for me. And they accept most insurance plans, even covered California plans. 5 stars!
