Dr Kathy has changed my life. I don’t know how I made it before I found her. She is the most brilliant, intuitive, competent health care provider I’ve ever been to. If I could give more stars, I would. Dr Kathy has significantly improved my quality of life in so many ways. I have been using the Ply-U-Flex that was recommended to me by Dr.Kathy for many years. When I started using the stick on my knotted muscles, it actually left a bruise until the fascia started releasing and then the bruising went away. I prefer natural treatment over medication and continue to use the stick on my shoulders, neck, back or whenever I have sore muscles. It’s an amazing tool.
