I had Air Co prior to obtaining my home warranty, they did great HVAc checkups for me! Great technicians but no other reason to keep them when home warranty kicked in so I cancelled but due to an internal problem - this was not communicated. Shout out and big thanks to Nick who first seen issue and Jeanne who took the time to diligently investigate problem and followed through to get it resolved! When I submitted the online request I was contacted within 10 minutes. I was told that I could be seen the same day and they said I’d be notified when technician was on the way. We have been using AirCo for many years and are members with the annual maintenance plan. They are awesome! They always explain everything with pictures and let us know if there is something additional we should do to maintain our systems (preventative care). They are never pushy about recommendations. They have great prices and never try to sell things you don’t need. They inform you when you should schedule your maintenance appointments and inform you when the technician will arrive (even with a picture of them). All the technicians who come are awesome people! Highly recommend AirCo!
