5/5

I went to Dr. Baldwin because I was in extreme agonizing pain. When I first walked into the office, the patient’s rooms were extremely clean and warm. The environment was very peaceful and inviting. Dr. Baldwin gave me injections for my low back and I had immediate relief in my lower back, neck and shoulders. Dr. Baldwin was very professional and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and any recommendations she has for your treatment plan. Arizona Valley Acupuncture and Dr. Baldwin is by far the best acupuncturist who I have ever received treatment from.

The entire staff at AVA is so caring and attentive. The office is immaculately clean and provides such a welcoming environment. I have never experienced or treated with a health care provider who is so invested in the outcomes and health of her patients as Dr. Baldwin has shown over the last couple of months. Highly recommend this practice if you are searching for options to traditional western medicine.

5/5

Nadine and her crew are the best. Lynn has lots of issues with severe back and sciatic pain that makes it nearly impossible for her to lay down for a proper treatment. Along with her low pain tolerance and near severe alziemers, she is far from the model patient. The treatment here is always caring, thoughtful and innovative. They go out of their way to "customize" her treatment depending on her mood that day. The level of patience they show is beyond expectations. The place is spotless, inviting with personal care at it's finest. If I could add more stars, I would.

I recently visited Dr. Baldwin at Arizona Valley Acupuncture for treatment, and my experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The treatment was top-notch. Doctor Baldwin explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood the process and what to expect. I felt confident in her expertise. The comfort provided during my treatment was impressive. The team ensured I was relaxed throughout the entire process, regularly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. The results exceeded my expectations. Not only did I feel a noticeable improvement, but the outcomes were in line with what was discussed during my consultation. The clinic’s location is convenient, easily accessible, and there’s ample parking, which made my visits hassle-free. The office has a modern, welcoming atmosphere, with soothing décor that puts you at ease as soon as you enter. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here. The entire space, from the waiting area to the treatment rooms, is spotless, and hygiene protocols are followed meticulously. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and Arizona Valley Acupuncture to anyone seeking high-quality care in a comfortable and professional environment.

I was extremely satisfied with my visit today. The office was very nice as were the staff and Dr. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Marissa and felt very comfortable from start to finish. Definitely will be returning.

Being an active (walking/running) woman in my 70s, I was unable to find relief for my aching back and hip area. With some skepticism I decided to try acupuncture at Arizona Acupuncture. Any doubt I had disappeared as soon as I entered their door. Marissa greeted me and immediately took me to a room to meet Dr Baldwin. Dr. Baldwin listened to my story and then fit me in, right then, for my first session. Keri, immediately explained the procedure and answered all my questions. What an amazing staff! Friendly and efficient! And to top it all off, this place is the cleanest public health office I’ve ever seen! This has been a 5 Star experience all the way!

The entire staff truly cares about the wellbeing of their patients. The feeling of calm I get when I walk in the office to the level of care is beyond anything I could have asked for. I’ve been on my healing journey for over a decade and truly feel like this is the piece of the puzzle I’ve been waiting for.

From the first day i came in to talk to Dr Baldwin about my potential care plan her and all of the office staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. The office itself is beautiful and has a calming energy. I just had my first appointment today and it went great i am so excited to continue my journey with Dr Baldwin and soon become pain free!
