He listened to me and fixed my ankle and ligaments and tendon that had been messed up for 13 years and 3 doctors before hand who never listened i broke my 7 times during the 13 years. And Dr Arp and his people are awesome easy to talk to and very helpful. And now I can walk without having to worry about my ankle just breaking as I am walking. I love walking and now because of Dr. Arp I can do it without fear. Thank you to him and his entire staff they are amazing.

Dr Arp is the most knowledgeable Doctor I have been to concerning my feet and ankles. I have turned my ankles all my life. Dr's called it "weak ankles" when I was a child. I am now 71 and after Dr Arp totally rebuilt my left foot and ankle, I am walking with no pain. First time in 20 years I am on the mend. Thank God for Dr Arp.

My first-ever visit with Dr. Arp, so I can't say how effective he will be with treating me and helping cure my foot problems, but my first visit was a good experience. Waiting time wasn't too bad, parking was good. Dr. Arp's staff were friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to have a handle on everything. Dr. Arp was quick and effective. Got down to the root of my problem quickly. I am happy with my visit and hopeful he will get me to feeling good again.

EDIT: So here it is after my second visit and I have to say, my feet are looking and feeling great. I changed my 4-star review to a 5-star. I appreciated how they worked with scheduling for me and hassle-free check-in. So yeah, I am thinking this is going to be a great move from my former doctor to Dr. Arp. Thanks folks.

I always enjoy Dr Arp and his staff. The wait is crazy though. From start to finish, arriving at my appointment 15 minutes early, I was there waiting 2 hours until I got to see the doc. I'm sure they overbook, in case people cancel, but man, that's a LONG time to wait to be seen when you work full-time and are trying to get back to work.

Once I got back to my actual appointment, I’d give it 5 stars. Staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. But after arriving 15 min early for the appointment, I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time before I was ever called back. Just seemed like an excessive wait time. Hopefully not like this everywhere in Mountain Home medical offices. We’ll see if this happens again when I go back for a recheck. My time is important too!

Staff friendly and helpful, wait too long. Dr. Arp was professional, relaxed, reassuring, and answered all questions. Very busy. Nurse was helpful. Minor surgery appears to have been successful, still healing. Rated 4 because of long waiting time (9:15 appointment ends at 11:45 -understandable for weather backups) with follow-up about one hour. Waiting room was comfortable and busy.

Relatively short wait, I liked preregistration on line. Doctor was very friendly, explained things well, but I would’ve liked if they could have printed out a paper describing exactly what was wrong and what I needed to do. So much was discussed I could hardly remember. Then I was told what I owed at checkout but no breakdown of the cost.

They are really friendly and helpful here. Dr Arp and the staff are very knowledgeable! When I first came to DR Arp I could hardly walk my foot pain was so intolerable. Now I can walk anywhere on any surface without having to preplan my steps!!! Great DR 💯
