I was so fortunate to meet Dr Amar over a year ago. I came to he office in extreme pain and was desperate to get help. Dr Amar listened to my complaints , did a thorough examination and accurately diagnosed and treated my foot. I have been regularly coming since because I trust this doctor. The office staff also are excellent. I highly recommend Artisan Podiatry.

Dr. Amar is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, kind and has a great bedside manner. I saw her a number of years ago for an issue that she correctly diagnosed and came up with a treatment that resolved my chronic pain. It was such a relief to be pain free after unsuccessful treatment from other podiatrists. I recently came back to her practice and she is still fantastic!

Dr. Amar is my go-to doctor for any foot/ankle issues. I was having a problem with my very flat feet (pain below the toes) that was preventing me from running (and even making walking painful) a few years back and tried Dr. Amar after a different podiatrist didn't provide much relief/solutions. The cortisone injection she gave me completely turned things around and I haven't had the same issue since. I was so impressed with her that I still remembered her years later and just went back for a sprained ankle. (I also remembered another patient who was so thankful to her that he brought flowers to her office while I was waiting for my appt.)

Yes, the waits can be long since she accepts walkins, but she does offer Saturday appts, a godsend for people like me with busy weekdays. Just bring a book 🙂

Horrible experience. The doctor gave me a cortisone shot in my foot without looking at an x Ray, and hit a nerve. I’m experiencing more pain now than before I went to see her.

I've been Dr. Amar's patient for 21 years. She's been kind, courteous and professional since my 1st visit. Her office expeditiously completes paperwork. Her assessments are thourough, using x-rays, MRIs and physical exams. The pre and post-surgery care that she provides is absolutely impeccable. I won't trust my feet with anyone else. I wish there was a rating above 5 stars. DR.AMAR IS THE BEST!
