Very disappointing. Based on other reviews, I was really excited and hopeful. I ended up leaving the appointment because he was so arrogant. I did not feel heard or cared for. I'm glad some people get good benefit from his treatments, but I certainly did not.

I wish I could duplicate Ben so my friends and family everywhere could have access to his exceptional healing practice. I first met Ben when I was experiencing severe pain going down my right arm. Another practitioner determined it was a pinched nerve between my C3 and C4, but wasn't able to help through PT. I reached out to Ben, he squeezed me in right away, came to the same conclusion for the source of my pain. With one treatment, I felt significant relief and back to 100% after a few treatments. Grateful to have him as my partner in health and can't recommend him enough!

I've had an absolutely great experience with Ben thus far. His professionalism and care are the cherry on top of his in-depth healing practice. Dealing with back pain for past four or so years after the birth of my son, I have tried other acupuncture practices and modalities with little results. Ben has been able to move a lot of the discomfort through and has brought general feeling and energy back to my back! I look forward to continue to work with him and appreciate his listening to where my body is at during each session. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I give acupuncturist, Ben Hawes, L.ac, an enthusiastic 5 star recommendation without reservations. I sought acupuncture for an excruciating pinched sciatic nerve pain which barely responded to medications. After 4 sessions, the pain abruptly stopped. The severe pain is gone but manageable intermittent moderate pain is present so am continuing with acupuncture. I experience Ben as very supportive, caring and an excellent communicator. His years of experience, education and personal journey are reflected in his expert capabilities.

I've had lower back issues for the past 5yrs. I've visited other Acupuncturists but never really felt that I got much relief. In fact, it just seemed as if I was being poked with needles but with no real understanding of what they were doing and why. Whereas Ben was very communicative throughout the process. Better still, I was shocked when I felt immediate relief. He definitely understands the back and spine far better than most. For the next 30 hours my back had felt better than it had in the past 5yrs. I will definitely schedule follow up appointments so that I can get more of a cumulative effect from the therapy. That said, I went in with no expectations and came out a believer!
