I originally went to Dr. Hamid to improve my health, overall. I’ve had my share of health problems and want to do everything that I can to prevent any more. One of the things I was struggling with was severe hand eczema. I went to multiple doctors, was prescribed multiple different steroid creams, yet nothing worked. I even tried numerous different home remedies but they would only help short term. I couldn’t leave my house without making sure I had lotion with me, I was extremely uncomfortable all of the time and I would always hide my hands because of how bad they looked. I was told that there was no cure and it’s something I would just have to live with. I truly believed it would never go away. Then I went to see Dr. Hamid and from my first visit with him, he was confident that we would be able to resolve it and he did just that. My hands are almost 100% better. It’s been months since I had a flare up or needed any kind of steroid cream. Dr. Hamid is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. He is passionate about his work and it shows. I highly recommend him to everybody and will continue doing so.

Absolute BEST experience I could have hoped for. It’s actual HEALING. If you have chronic back pain GO see Ily. My back has been deteriorating over the past 8 years from an initial injury. I’d been managing pain, never eliminating it. He essentially healed me in two sessions within three days of each other. I nearly had to crawl into his office but I walked out! My back improved over the next two days until my second appt with him. I can’t believe everybody doesn’t know about this. Have been recommending it to everybody! Complete strangers even haha. More than that, Ily is amazing! He is incredibly kind and gives you all the time and attention you need. He doesn’t just rush you through a cookie cutter treatment. Completely personalized. Please give him the opportunity to help you.

I am having a great experience in the last few months with Dr. Hamid doing acupuncture treatments. He is very caring and always listen to your health concerns, and doing his best to help you out based on your needs. I am hoping with his treatments and guidance I would be in great shape very soon.

I'm so glad I found Dr Hamid after searching for an acupuncturist in the area. The 1st acupuncturist we went to didn't really give my husband any relief. But Dr Hamid really took his time and went above and beyond to make my husband feel better after suffering for weeks with Shingles nerve pain. Within 2 to 3 sessions he was able to sleep and I was able to sleep. Best of all, he educates you on how to be proactive about your health. We highly recommend him for holistic and naturopathic healing.

Everything I needed and more! I used to get sick every month due to low immune system and would have horrrrrrible cramps and ever since I started working with Dr. Ilyas I have barely gotten sick and my cramps are much better. I also deal with a lot of low energy and overall physical and mental fatigue, which is something we are continuously working on and I will say I really see the difference after each session. The care and thoughtfulness Dr. Ilyas welcomes you with makes it very hard to not want to get acupuncture ALL the time. In each session, I am able to relax and fully disconnect from this fast pace world and appreciate the healing I am receiving which has really helped me navigate my health. Via Dr. Ilyas I have been able to align my body more and reduce physical pain (I have scoliosis so a lot of back pain) with exercises that he has recommended as well as cupping and body work. I have recommended Dr. Ilyas to a few of my friends as well, and everyone is always so happy and feeling better! Lastly, I'll say the best and my favorite part is how much I learn through my experiences with Dr. Ilyas, not only I am receiving healing, but I am learning and understanding why and how which is crucial for us to take this information and implement it in our everyday lives. It’s rare nowadays you find a doctor willing to assess and diagnose a patient with care and, not to be underestimated, time. Dr Hamid’s approach from the moment I met him was to understand my unique needs and address them. And address them he did. I was seeing a highly touted physical therapist who worked with several high performance athletes. I was making progress, but I didn’t get to the root of the issue. That’s where Dr Hamid’s approach came in. He looked not just at my specific issue but how that area interacted with the rest of my body. It was an approach I rarely see taken today in medicine. And this approach produced far superior results. Because he put the patient first I continue to see him to this day. He’s earned my trust and my business.

I have been seeing Dr. Hamid since March 2024. After having Covid for the second time in December 2023 I started breaking out in hives, developed dermatitis on my face and scalp, and got dyshydrotic eczema on my hands. I went to the two dermatologist who prescribed 6-7 different creams from steroids to immunosuppressants that wasn’t effective and was only a short term solution. I was then referred to an allergist who couldn’t find any specific cause and put me on high doses of antihistamines and creams which didn’t help much but take the edge off. I stopped itching myself to the point of bruising but was still struggling to the point it affected my daily life activities. I started doing my own research on diet and eliminated all processed foods, seed oils and started eating whole foods. I weaned myself off one of the medications but wanted to be off all meds. I ended up reaching out to Dr. Hamid for help and to find the cause. I went in for a consultation and he almost immediately knew what was going on. He is very throughout and thoughtful. He is very knowledgeable about the GI, immune system, nutrition, supplements, acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I never had acupuncture or any kind of Chinese medicine done before seeing him and I am big advocate for it now. I also did the GI map which gave insight into my leaky gut and poor immunity contributing to my skin issues. I was initially seeing him weekly and after 8 months of work I have been seeing him monthly. I am now off all antihistamines and rarely have to use creams. He also helped me come off hormonal birth control after almost 20 years of use due to PCOS. I have been off it 6 months now with little negative effects. I have regular on time periods now all with help of his diet recommendations and monthly acupuncture. All shocking to me after such long use and issues with PCOS. Anyone I talk to now I recommend Dr. Hamid. He has helped me turn my health around and I am so grateful for him. He is passionate about what he does and truly wants to see people get better. He is the best!
