I’m extremely disappointed with how this practice operates. After spending several thousand dollars on my son’s treatment, we were shocked to learn that the doctor refuses to allow any follow-up visits to address ongoing medical concerns unless we enroll in their membership program. I never imagined a physician would operate like a subscription service — it feels more like a sales-driven spa or massage parlor than a medical practice.

It’s truly disheartening that after investing so much, we’re denied basic follow-up care without additional financial commitments. In my opinion, this approach is highly unethical and not what you expect from a healthcare professional. Patients deserve better.

I would not recommend this place unless you're willing to join their membership program, which can range from $99/month to $299/month. After forking over an initial $695 just to see Dr. Ward, I was only made aware at my appointment with her (following an initial visit for testing) that, in order to receive treatment, I would have to join their program. This was not divulged prior to that appointment. I might add also, that the monthly payment is in addition to the $450 (paid 3x's a year) for HRT. This might have been an easier pill to swallow, so to speak, had the front desk staff exhibited the least amount of compassion. I was met with blank stares and not one "we're sorry" after letting them know that they didn't divulge the membership requirement for appointments and treatments with Dr. Ward, which keep in mind, are out of pocket. Now I'm back to square one trying to find a functional medicine doc. I'll also add that this is the first negative review I've written on Google... I feel that strongly about the way I was treated. One star is given because Dr. Ward does appear to be quite knowledgeable in her medical practice. Not so great in business practices.

With so many options out there, Dr Ward is truly a breath of fresh air in the medical field! I am so happy I finally found a doctor who not only listened thoughtfully to my concerns, but also addressed each one, clearly and at a pace I could keep up with. She is very compassionate and offered great advise and various options. Fast forward, I am now feeling my old self again at last, full of energy, thinking clearly (no brain fog), sleeping better and also feeling that I look my best! I cannot speak more highly of her. Thank you Dr Ward for everything you have done to help me not only get my energy for life back, but to an even better place than I had thought possible!

I went several years looking for the right treatment until I finally found Dr. Ward. I have chronic back pain, a buldging disk and pinched nerve. I took opiates for 20 years! With the help of Dr Ward injections and medicen for my issues im not pain free but my quality of life has IMPROVED GREATLY! To be honest at first i was a real skeptic of the "new age" ideals but my life is better my pain is managable and i sleep! my advice is give them a chance and have a open mind i only have good things to say about the Dr and staff...

I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Ward after suffering with hot flashes for several years. I refused to do HRT and thought I would just have to be miserable, but I'm know 4 months in and haven't had a single flash! I love Dr. Ward and her staff including Teddy🐶 Insurance does not cover the pellet but it is worth investing in my health and quality of life!
