Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. Sarah listened to my issues and put a plan in place to get me healthy again. Thanks to them I am continuously getting better. They have been great to work with. The facilities are up to date and very clean. Carol is very communicative on scheduling and due to weather, rescheduling. The Baptist therapy center in Benton is great. This is my third time for shoulder rehabilitation after surgery. My therapist, Francis was wonderful. He was kind and compassionate and very patient with me . He and the entire staff were great. Carol in the office and Jeff and Ken were all very friendly and encouraged me daily.
