I have had back problems for over 25 years. Over the past two years decompression therapy has been recommended to me by several people who have had excellent results. In late 2022 the pain from the herniated discs in my lower back was debilitating. I spent several weeks researching options for spinal decompression in the South Bay area. I was so pleased to find Bay Area Disc Centers, I knew almost immediately that I found the right place. With the latest in high-tech decompression machines, they also included several other therapies that I believe gave me amazing results and the staff was wonderful.
