My wife and I both had visits today. (our first visit) The staff from the front desk to the woman who checked us in to a room were excellent. My visit with Dr. Murray solved my foot pain problem. He was very informative, and answered all of my questions. I am on my way to better and more comfortable walking. I am glad that the first stop with my foot pain was with an expert. A big thank you for your professional help-Dr. Murray

Let’s just say the front desk people are incredibly rude. If you want to walk out feeling like you are a nobody and worthless go visit this clinic. The male medical assistant is just as rude. The office manager however was very sweet and apologized for her staff even gave me a hug. I’ve never felt so judged by a dr office in my life. I went in to sign consent papers for my 13 year old to have his ingrown toe nail removed, my sister needed to bring him because I am unable to miss work due to being out so much because I have 5 children who all happened to have had something medical or sickness going on the last month. The office staff talked bad about me behind their glass window where other patients could hear because I was not the one who would be there with my son. I left crying and feeling horrible.

I was able to get an appointment easily. They saw me quickly and Dr Brisbee was polite. The problem is, i never received a call back on the results of lab work. I called and told them that no one had called. The receptionist said she would have someone call me back, and they never did. I don’t think they care at this point.

Sadly, I would not recommend.
starting with the receptionist, Christy, rude, and condescending.
Dr Bisbee not thorough and really didn’t give good solutions after a failed surgery. Then for completely different issues again no solutions just gave google answers….
