These people seemed to be relatively receptive during my routine return to work checkup. But through constant communication and after numerous phone calls trying to obtain simple information that my job is requiring for me to return to work, It’s very clear how they feel about certain groups of people. Very little sense of urgency. I’ve been in constant communication with them for the last month over one piece of paper that needs to be signed and returned and at this point it’s starting to look intentional. Very unprofessional group of people, none of which have taken any initiative in doing the job they need to be doing. If I lose my job over this incomplete paperwork legal action will be taken.

Dr. Farmer is amazing - no complaints. The front desk, however, is horrendous. You have to call a minimum of 8 times before anyone picks up the phone. Otherwise it rings for a minute and a half before hanging up on you. We know you don't want to listen to the phone ring over and over, so please, add a voicemail or start answering and asking people to hold. Do literally anything other than let the phone ring, seriously. I understand things get busy, but I don't have all day long to attempt a call to the doctor's office every 30 minutes until I catch someone.

As a New patient as of in the morning being a week the doctor seems to be OK but nurse to find out about your medicine or to get anything done well lack of no confidence one you can't never seem to get through you can leave messages you say never get answered they never call you back and when it comes to getting your medicine or stepped on it on your prescriptions they seem to have trouble responding and answering or calling back like I said as a new patient I am very disappointed in the lack of care and concern especially with the staff the doctor seems to be OK the nurse like I said in about of one to 10 as a professional I would give her a -0 and a -10 as unprofessional and lack of confidence in her ability to do her job in my opinion I hope it improves I seem totally and the doctor would be OK but if the staff so far has been OK other than the nurse but the nurse is an example of a professional then I'd hate to see what a real professional could do because she is not a professional she has no qualities as a professional in my opinion as I said my confidence in her is absolutely zero

Poor service, our appointment is at 9:15am, we arrived at 9:20 am and we apologize for the 5 minutes late. They cancelled our appointment and ask us to reschedule. Dr. Tyler Nelson asks us to reschedule. I'm not coming back to him! If you don't treat your patients with kindness and respect which is your job as a doctor, I don't need you to be my doctor because I don't trust you anymore

The doctors are amazing! I've never had an issue with any of the doctors, I primarily see Dr Robb, and he has gone above and beyond multiple times for me, and the on call docs are always great as well. My issue lies with the reception. They are SO unbelievably rude. I mean if i ever had another baby, I'd choose a different OB just because of the reception. Seriously when I call in to ask for refills, request an appointment, or ask to speak to a nurse, they act like it's an absolute inconvenience for them, like they can't even believe I have the nerve to be calling them. Even when I go to check in for my appointment, the woman sitting at the front is always so rude, she seriously acts like she hates her life and hates her job, so she takes it out on the patients. Just checking in to my appointment she makes me feel like an inconvenience. After I have this baby I will definitely be switching OBs due to the reception alone, it's sad.

This is my second pregnancy, my first I was seen by Dr Rachel Ferrel and she was awesome but now I’m being seen by Dr Robb and he is the most genuine, kind, and helpful OB! Anytime I have an issue he acts like he really cares and is always pleasant to speak with! His nurses have been very kind to me as well I would recommend him as a doctor to everyone.

Had to go to the Bryant location because my doctor was on vacation at the Benton location. I saw Wendy Bennett for a IUD insertion (I have heart failure and I can’t get pregnant) and she was very assertive but very nice. It barely hurt when she inserted it and she informed me of everything she was going to do beforehand. Overall, the visit was great. Administration staff could work on their customer service skills though.
