I've been here a couple of times and enjoyed it. The prices make getting a massage affordable. The therapists work very hard and definitely earn their tips.

While I tolerated the pressure at times, and it was mostly enjoyable, I felt incredibly sore days later. Sometimes the pressure was too much; the short duration was here and there, so I decided to endure it. I have never gotten a deep tissue massage, and it was not advertized that way on the board, but I imagine that's what deep tissue feels like!

I was hoping for a Swedish massage with regular pressure. The soreness was so much worse than I expected. I realize these places don't do intake forms and are for general relaxation, but the therapists should at least check in on the pressure once in awhile. I hesitate to ask in case there are language barriers. I will still go back, but will communicate with the person at the desk about my preferences next time.

2 stars because the massage was great. The front desk person sneaky! I agreed with packet for foot soak. Never received it because he took it back then charged me. He did it in two visits. I don’t want to believe how sneaky he was but I can’t support a dishonest place! Sad because it was recommended. Never will return or recommend!

I got scammed. Ive been so stressed lately and unable to sleep that I thought a massage would help, and I've also been wanting a scalp treatment. I found this place online and the reviews were pretty good. I called via phone and booked a 1 hr massage for $50 and a 1 hr scalp treatment for $90 (confirmed 3x).
Upon arrival the guy at the front asked if I wanted to add a facial for $10 more, making it $150. I agreed (90+50+10=$150).
Fast forward, (scalp treatment did feel really good, even tho I had to listen to a woman go Karen mode because she was forcing her 11 yr old to get a scalp treatment that she clearly did not want because she was uncomfortable and mom insisted on being in the room and the little girl just cried) I digress. When asked to pay he told me $150 only for the head scalp. Said it was $140 for 90 minutes and $10 extra for facial. I guess it was my fault for assuming we were talking about what I originally booked when he said 10 extra because I didn't think I was being taken advantage of. I decided to leave without the massage and more anxiety than I arrived. $180 and no massage. I cried all the way home just so disappointed. I recommend you confirm price before getting service and maybe pay for it in advance.
Oh and I received 4 missed calls from them during my scalp treatment. 😔

I tried using multiple credit cards to pay for the service and they said it did not go through so I Zelled them. Looking back at my credit cards I saw all charges went through. I talked to one of the employees and he asked for evidence of all the payments, which I provided, but he never refunded. I called again to ask for the refund and was told to call back another time. Very sneaky practice.
