Gilbert was AWESOME!! I'm so glad that my husband and I both got massages from him. My hubby went in with a lot of tension on his neck that went down to his leg, and his sciatica flared up, after about 2 days he was pain-free. I had knotts on my hamstring and calve; he massaged them right out. He makes you feel comfortable, and you feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and walks you through everything he does. Highly recommended!!

Gilbert is amazing! I’ve gotten massages at massage envy and other local massage therapist, Gilbert is hands down the best at what he does. His assessments is what I find very helpful. He really goes into detail with you about what really hurts, or what is bothering you. He doesn’t cut any corners and truly alters the session to what bothers you, until you feel better. I’ve had deep tissue massages and by far Gilbert can go very deep in order to get to the root of the problem. He also is very attentive to the areas I ask him to really work on. I appreciate his work! And he truly is a wizard!

Getting a deep tissue massage was the best decision I made! Gilbert made me feel very comfortable and I felt results immediately after the session. I constantly suffer from knee pain and have noticed a significant difference after he worked on me. Highly recommend!

Gilbert is awesome! He is definitely passionate about his work and very educated. He walks you through everything that he is doing so you know what’s going on. He’s ability to recognize an injury or where the problem might be coming from is amazing. We’ve had many members come to him and all of them would recommend him to anyone looking to get their tight muscles or existing injuries fixed.

When I talked to him about vestibular migraine, he did some research and tried new techniques at my next visit. The work he does is a game changer for me!

I have a dedicated chiropractor I see once every 2-3 weeks and Gilbert made me realize this service is exactly what was missing in my self care routine. I arrived with a very recent injury to my right quad. I let him know exactly where I was very sore and tender from the injury and he patiently worked deep tissue work in combination with all the other therapy’s and approaches he offers, to help me recover. It’s been a few days after and I took my injury for a test hike with exactly one steep hill. The hill was no match for my injured quad. It’s as if it had never happened. Before seeing him I spent days wobbling around with that injury. I recommend him and his services to everyone. Also just as a bonus there is a king taco walking distance where u can grab some bomb food after lol
