I’ve been going to CorePower on and off since the summer of 2023. I love the C2 classes. While I’ve taken classes with many of the instructors, Jamie and Neal are my favorite instructors. Their classes are the perfect amount of challenging and I always feel like I got a great workout in.

I've been going to this studio for 3 years and I've enjoyed their professionalism. The teachers are very knowledgeable and always have a great routine in place. Their routines flow really well with the different poses. The heated rooms are awesome. I love the various classes you can choose from depending on your mood. Try it out!

Loved taking my yoga teacher training here and really enjoy the yoga classes and all the staff are very warm and welcoming. I realized my old yoga school was not really working me out once I took a class here. Julie is a amazing teacher and Tamra really takes care of everything whatever she can. The experience I have at this studio is calming and smoothing in the beginning followed by sweat and challenging movement ended with a cool breeze blown over your body and relaxation. They don't allow talking inside the studio and I feel every studio should make this rule. It gives you an opportunity to get yourself centered prior to your session. I will continue to go to CorePower. All the staff and instructors are awesome too!!

Fair Oaks core power is inclusive, welcoming, challenging, rewarding, and fun! The classes are taught by the best instructors I've ever had in the ten years I have been practicing yoga. Their knowledge of the human body and the practice of yoga, along with the mental connection to the benefits of the practice are top tier.

This is a great Yoga studio with really great people that work here. I have liked every teacher here, which has not been my experience at other studios. I prefer this studio over another popular studio because here they really allow you to drop into your poses, I felt I was rushed through my poses at the other studio. You can't go wrong doing Yoga here, plus it being right next door to Trader Joe's is a huge plus!

The yoga instructors provide clear instructions, create a well-balanced flowing classes, and carefully guide yogis through their practice. The facilities are immaculate, the props are plentiful, and the locker rooms have all the necessary amenities. (Sabrina and Cici are excellent.)
