I always check reviews and looked at reviews, I thought Arp was the only one in town. I tried them and was totally disappointed, Me and my husband went for 2 years. This year I said we were going to NWArk. to find one we liked. I looked and found Dr. Steffen. If you've seen Arp for awhile or never. give Dr. Steffen a try, We are so glad we did. Nice, patient, thorough.

The nursing staff is polite. Dr. Kevin is rude towards 'invisible' disabilities and condescending in patient care; Allergy labeling and warnings were also ignored.

I went for callus on both big toes and ankle pain.Was told needed Surgery to straighten bunion,etc, etc..Went out of my visit with my painful and bleeding callus and sore ankle...Nothing ...to help..gave a prescription for orthopedic shoes. Not a happy camper!!

I went to Arp Nov 2020 for bunion surgery , now in 2022 I am seeing Steffen to get the previous surgery corrected. I have been walking on the bones protruding on the bottom of the ball of my foot because of the failed fusion ( painful ) and my toes are hammered after Dr Arps surgery . I don't know if Steffen is any better but I'm certainly not going back to Arp .
Now an update .
2 & 1/2 months after foot surgery . Toes are straight and the protruding bones /joints have been reset to where they shouldn't be an issue . I am still a bit swollen and getting around in shoes now but still have to take it easy.

1 yr update foot is great , toes are still straight those toe joint bones are no longer an issue so I am very happy with DR Stephen,s work .

Dr. Steffen is very nice and very professional. His staff goes out of their way to put you at ease. Two years ago I suffered terribly with plantar fasciitis. Dr. Steffen did Topaz surgery on my foot and I am so impressed. Absolutely no more pain! I highly recommend Dr. Steffen! He knows what he's doing!

I used Dr. Steffan for foot surgery an my left foot. Toes were curling up and I was getting blisters on the top of my toes. Dr. Steffan was terrible. My toes were worse after he operated. Don’t use him. Go to Dr. ARP instead.

Needed a diagnosis of growth on bottom of foot. Plugged sweat gland. Had to walk across floors in bare feet to get to exam table. Over the next few days the skin started peeling off the balls of my feet and toes. I suspected chemical burns. Reported to doctor.
He examined and said maybe athletes foot. In 65 years I have never had athletes foot. After many days and multiple layers of skin peeling it seems to have stabilized. Left foot is very tender and hurts when walk. I would never go back.
