Dr. Pham is a great doctor. He listens to me and really cares and is extremely easy to talk to. He had a fantastic staff and they are all very professional and friendly. He is also punctual with appt times. Highly recommended.

Dr is the best, but we can never be seen on the appointment time were given. Show up way early and still have to wait half hr before we go in. The worse front office staff I've seen!

My experience was awful. The staff is great but he is very unprofessional. He was VERY rough with my toe nails and sent me home saying I should use VICKS for my toes with fungus.
Very bad experience. 👎 will not go back.

Dr. Luyen Pham was trying to be relatable but came across as extremely unprofessional. He called me woman in a “joking manner”. I needed a boot for my foot. His office did not have any in stock. He started cussing in the hallway. Dr was not aware of what imaging locations could do an mri and directed me to the Indio location, which actually can’t do them. Upon research I found a location that does mri, which was 25 min away. I spent over 40 min on the phone with Desert Adv Imaginging trying to schedule a mri. Desert Adv Imagining finally got me appt, so I drove to the location but the location said the office never submitted the claim to insurance. I called insurance and had them call the office to see what the issue was. Insurance said that one of the staff did not know how to submit the claim and actually had to teach them over the phone how to submit it. I asked insurance if that’s normal , and they said usually offices submit claims daily and that was really quite strange.

Got a matrix procedure done by Dr. Pham. He was very friendly and professional! I’ve never met a doctor as nice and kind as him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
