I came here with severe pain from a recent surgery and severe back issues. The staff has been very friendly and courteous to me. They listened to what I had to say and were very helpful! Dr. Fletcher is very knowledgeable and patient with you! He listens to all of your questions and is eager to not only answer them, but make sure that you understand everything involved with your diagnosis, treatment, and plan of care. I felt very comfortable with everyone here! I am happy that I found such a wonderful place for treatment!

Dr. Fletcher explained what was wrong with my back and what could be done about it. I have been trying to get the neurosurgeons PA to explain those things to me for months. I would recommend him to anyone suffering from pain.

Found him to be unprofessional. He apparently likes to greet people from other states who have an accent, especially from Mississippi, with Welcome to America . He thinks this is funny humiliating others. Found it insulting. His staff is no better, following his actions.

This is James Kirker and the main reason that I am leaving pain management centers of America is because I have to see Adriana all the time and she's not helping me at all. Seeing Dr. Fletcher was really good and Ashley Howard helped me a lot.

Great Doctor, great staff, always listening to the patient not just going through the motions of caring. I get a feeling that this Doctor really cares a lot for his patients! A quality hard to find in today's world. He always voices his opinion with personal perspectives and care for the patient in mind.I wished all doctors had this demeanor! I believe no matter what he decides as a treatment plan it is best one for me without question!
