Stephanie is great, no issues there. However, their management has been frustrating lately - they have been charging a card for my appointments without authorization despite having an HSA card on file as the primary payment. The HSA expired on file, however I would have expected to be called and asked if they can charge another card prior to withdrawing money from a card that was not supposed to be there anymore. I asked them to transfer those charges onto my HSA account and reverse the ones on my personal card. However, I was only told no refunds and to deal with my insurance, no apology offered. Very disappointing.

Edit: Last year I e-mailed to request an HSA card be the primary method going forward. The credit card that was charged was put on file two years ago prior to switching insurances and switching to the HSA card, so it was not authorized for these appointments. Additionally, I'm a student so these charges are financially burdening. Again, very disappointing especially considering this is a mental wellness/health practice.
