Monika is authentic, kind, and pure. She is a beautiful human being with special gifts, guiding you into your new beginning and new ways of seeing yourself and doing things differently, which leads you into a more conscious and focused state of being and doing. A friend recommended I do a hypnosis session with her, and it was exactly what I needed at that moment in time. It helped me create new habits and take steps toward a new beginning. A week ago i went to Monika's “Espai Essencial” for the first time, which i received as a birthday present. I have to say i was a little bit nervous because i didn't know what to expect. But after an hour “relaxasession”with Monika i felt so good, i was very relaxed and full of new energy! You definitely have to try it out!!🙏 Especially now after the winter, when we all need new energy, i can highly recommend it to you! Monika is a very trustworthy and loving personality. Monika is an incredible talent of holistic therapies with great energy and empathy, she helped me with many emotional ups and downs and to reconnect with myself. Her studio is super cozy and you go home renewed.
I went to a retreat, where we had several great workshops and activities with her (meditations, energetic cleansing, cards, essential oils etc) it was incredible, 1000% recommended! Thank you!!

I had such a wonderful session with Monika. Her studio is perfect, it has a calming feel to it with low lighting and a wonderful, relaxed ambiance. Monika started our session describing the connection she sensed from me before our session started. She explained some im-balances in my body and how I can perhaps, re-connect with them. We did an amazing meditation with aromatherapy which she guided with a calm knowledge that helped me reach a stage of peace and acceptance in that moment. She finished this with a relaxing chanting and I was left feeling real calm. She is amazing and I would recommend her and her Espai Essencial to everyone xxx
