Evolutions is the best spa in town! I get monthly facials with Rochelle and she has completely transformed my skin. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional with wonderful tips and product selections to keep your skin glowing after a facial. Rochelle is so kind and warm and the main reason I joined their VIP program and come back consistently! I have also gotten wonderful massages here, the ambiance and environment is always so peaceful and luxurious. The front desk staff is also very helpful and welcoming. I always leave feeling amazing!

Evolutions is the most wonderful Med-Spa. The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Perkins and all the nurses are highly qualified on a multitude of lasers and aesthetic procedures. I have been utilizing their services for decades and only trust Evolutions with my med-spa needs. They also have an amazing day spa attached!

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a few days and decided on a spa day. Based on the Trip Advisor reviews, we chose Evolutions. The facility is pretty and well-maintained. Since we made the appointments rather last minute, they weren’t able to accommodate 3 of us at the same time, so one of us was 1/2 hour prior. However, while waiting for the others, we were able to use the sauna and relax in the tea lounge. We were all very satisfied with our treatments. Although one of us had a shorter treatment than expected, the managment adjusted the price accordingly. We would go back.

I have enjoyed many services at Evolutions over the years. Today I received an outstanding facial from Kristen. In a calming room, she addressed issues of concern and included a very helpful arm/neck message that melted away my stress. Before my treatment, I was able to utilize the dry sauna and tea lounge, always a relaxing treat.

First time customer as I received a body treatment as a gift. Start to finish the experience was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, the facilities were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The treatment itself (deep sea mud wrap) was beyond my expectations. My therapist was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Pricing was very reasonable and fair and I definitely plan to return in the future!

Every massage I’ve had at Evolutions has been great. At one point i was really down because my back hurt so much i thought it might never improve. One massage and i was a new person.

Ive also had excellent facials there.

The people who work there are very skilled, the staff at the desk efficient and welcoming.

My treatment provider Lizzy is fabulous. She is careful about checking in with how I am feeling during procedures and we have so much fun chatting, the process is over before I know it. I am very impressed and pleased with my skin results- the capillaries on my cheeks are gone and my skin tone is much more even.

I can’t say enough positive things about Evolutions Medical Spa, from the amazing expertise of the providers to the overall kindness and spirit of generosity shown in the way business is conducted. I’ve had several facial interventions by the amazing Lizzy, a great facial, some injectables, all of which have been very helpful in boosting my confidence and taking the edge off the inevitable aging process. The physical environment is lovely, very soothing and creative. I am so grateful that Evolutions Medical and Day Spa exists because it offers an elevated and uplifting experience uncommon in today’s world.
