I had the most amazing experience with Shannon for a facial and lash lift! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Shannon was extremely detailed and attentive throughout the entire treatment, ensuring everything was perfect. The facial was so relaxing—I felt completely refreshed and pampered. And the lash lift? It was my first time at this location and I requested a brow and lip wax. They were really nice and able to squeeze me in before they closed. The atmosphere was beautiful and again, the staff were really nice. I left feeling really good about my wax, but a little pink (this is fairly typical for me). I went to sleep, and when I woke up I realized that the lip wax resulted in scars on the sides of my lips. The scars are quite painful. As the same wax was used in my brows as my lip, I know this is not an allergic reaction. Overall, just a bit sad with the results and hoping the scarring goes away soon.

Amazing experience! I’ve had a ton of facials before but this was definitely one of the most relaxing. I had Alexa who was also very informative and gave me some great tips to maintain my skin. HIGHLY recommend Face Foundrie!
