I recently joined this gym and have had such a great experience so far! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Jason was the first person I met—he really took the time to listen to my goals and made me feel completely comfortable, which made a big difference for me. He thoughtfully paired me with Natalie and Brode, who are now training me, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and already helping me feel stronger and more confident. I’m so glad I chose this gym. would recommend this place to everyone!

This is the best Gym/Lifestyle i have ever joined and been part of. The gym has group classes with a personal training vibe! SO AWESOME. i go 3 days a week and my entire body and attitude has gotten so sexy and positive. Thank you to all the coaches there

I have been working out with Jason and Wes for 7 years now. Throughout this time we have trained for my wedding, as well as two pregnancies. During both pregnancies they guided me every step. I was able to workout until the day I gave birth for both pregnancies. They were very educated on how to train me through each trimester. I was able to get right back into working out 6 weeks after since we stayed so consistent throughout the entire process. From the trainers to the environment I absolutely love this place! Highly recommend!

Seven years ago, I began training with both Jason and Wes. Fast forward to today, they are as dedicated and knowledgeable as ever and maintain a personal connection with each member. As I age and move through challenges that come with aging, both men adjust, make modifications where needed, but never cease to encourage and motivate. Fit IV Life is a wonderful place ro train and get healthy. The coaches are incredible and the equipment is top notch. Brodé is an incredible trainer and resource for all things nutrition. The owner Jay is an awesome human being. Wes and Nat are equally awesome. If you want to change your life and get healthy this is a greatl place to start your journey.

As intimidating as it may be to workout with a trainer in an effort to become physically fit, Jason and his team of personal trainers make you feel as comfortable as possible while pushing and supporting you on your journey to achieve your goals. I have been training with Jason for about 3 years, both personal training sessions as well as bootcamp sessions, and I leave every single session feeling accomplished, stronger and much closer to my goals. If you're looking for results, while feeling supported and motivated, then you MUST come train at Fit IV Life. Train with trainers that want to see you win.

Today marks one year since joining. The improvements have been so incredible. Feom recent surgeries and other injuries to strength and confidence in my abilities! Thank you and Wes, Jodi, & Brode.
