In the heart of Islamorada lies Florida Bay Forever. This unique venu was the perfect setting for us to cater a charity event for sixty guests. Florida Bay Forever is a testament to the enduring spirit of the Florida Keys. Its mission to protect and preserve the bay is a cause that deeply resonates with those who love the Keys. As caterers, we felt an immense privilege to contribute to such a cause, and the setting could not have been more perfect.

We crafted a menu that paid homage to the Keys. The air was thick with the aroma of freshly caught seafood, prepared tradition and a touch of innovation. Our guests were treated to conch fritters and key lime-infused ceviche. Plates of mahi ceviche and succulent shrimp skewers were passed around.The appetizers were a symphony of flavors, from the spiced sweetness of mango salsa to the smoky depth of bacon-wrapped scallops.

The event itself was full of camaraderie and goodwill, woven together by the shared goal of preserving Florida Bay. The guests, diverse in background and purpose, found common ground in their love for the natural world. There was laughter, there were toasts raised with glasses of cool, crisp wine.
