Don’t waste your time. I did the dirty work so you don’t have to.

Staff: mostly friendly

Massage: I got the foot massage (45 minute foot w/ 15 minute back) and it was decent but nothing memorable.

Ambiance: dreadful. Call the health department! This place has put up walls to create rooms. Great, we love a remodel moment, but no one went through to seam said walls, cover the screws, or paint. It looks like a child scribbled all over the walls with pencil and crayons and you can tell the sheet rock was repurposed from another place. Maybe a children’s nursery? And honestly, I could let that go… but it got worse.

Then there are the “tables”. In my case, it felt like I was lying on a stack of boxes. And then the sheets. The sheets & throw smelled like body odor. The worst part? The smell UNDER the table/maybe it was in the bedding around the face hole- it smelled like bad breath. At this point I had gone through 45 minutes of a mediocre massage and knew I had 10-15 minutes left but there was no way I could relax with that smell.

This place was a journey. I’ll never be back. Honestly, I’m surprised it hasn’t been condemned.

My upper back and neck were extremely tight for months. A few people worked on it and told me that I was gonna have to go back for few sessions in order to get it worked out. When I went to Flying Crane Spa, the lady massaging me told me the same thing. As she was doing her thing, I started complaining that it hurt and was too hard. She told me it wouldn’t get better without hurting. Now every other person who worked on it went light because these were knots and tightness that needed to be worked out slowly and overtime. I told her several times. The end result was I was in bed for four days until finally I could get out of bed, but I was barely moving and you could see my shoulder my soul actually sticking up it was so hard. I had another appointment so I went in the day of the appointment and showed them. This is the result of her, not listening to me when I knew my body and look at my muscles sticking up and this lady tried to push on it… If your massage, therapist is not listening to you , because you know your body than they really shouldn’t be doing massages at all and the only reason I gave it to starve instead of one is because they were friendly. I will never ever go back there again because I can’t afford to be down for four days and in a lot of pain for over a week.

I'm pretty upset at how this place turned out after they moved location but you get what you pay for right? It was unprofessional and unfortunately the therapist was super aggressive during the head and neck massage throwing my head side to side, aggressively slapping around. Plus, the ladies were yelling and arguing so loud in there during my massage. It was unpleasant for me and painful since he kept digging into my upper C7 spine bone.

I used to go here along time ago before pandemic but it changed and I probably wouldn't come back here again.

They are welcoming and take good care of their clients. One point of advice for them is to be aware that in California gift certificates DO NOT HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE. I recently bought a gift from them and when I got home saw that the receptionist had hand written on EXPERITION DATE on the certificate. I thought this was incorrect and checked the law. California gift certificates do indeed have NO expiration.

Had a very long day and wanted to wined down. I scheduled an appointment for a 90 min massage for me and my spouse. It's close to home and usually good. We arrived and no one was in the lobby, rang the bell waited. 5mins or so went by and finally someone came to the front to greet us. We paid and was brought to our room. We changed and waited until 7:12 before anyone came in. Then when they finally came in there was nothing but laughing, talking , baby crying, outside people talking throughout the entire massage. My lady just used her elbows and briefly did my legs and feet. Kept running in and out of the room. Got into a loud argument with a guy while the door was wide open as I am exposed on the table. The horror finally ended and we were getting ready to leave. I usually tip very well but instead I spoke to the lady up front and was met with hostility and rudness. I asked for a partial refund and advised they are lucky I didn't ask for my full 160 back for the bad experience I encountered. I now have to go to my spot off Soquel and ocean to pay another 120 to get proper service and a massage.

Please note I don't like leaving reviews like this because I prefer to support and uplift local businesses but it's also on their part to contribute and add to the experience especially when providing a service like this.

Pushy rude employees. I had made an appointment, when I showed up i had to wait 15 minutes outside because no one was in the office. After coming in, they told me they were only taking cash, i wish they would have said that when I made the appointment on the phone. Finally i was taken to a room, i waited 40 min to not get acknowledged, there was an angry guest yelling at them, this was super unproductive since this is a place you visit to relax not listen to people yelling back and forth for 10 min. I had to step out of my room and tell them that i had been waiting for a long time, the employee then came in and began the massage (no apologies whatsoever) i then told her what was hurting and where i wanted her to focus on, she instead massaged other areas. Multiple times i had to tell her to do it right where i needed it. She understood i did not speak mandarin but insisted on talking to me in mandarin, she was laughing and talking across the room with another male employee as i was getting my massage. After my massage ended i payed my 60 min massage and DI NOY TIP them. They got very defensive & i told them the service was poor, wait times were unacceptable & i was actually walking out of there with a headache. I walked out since they keeped repeating (tip tip tip) After walking out of this horrible business they decided to follow me to my vehicle and just steered at me. They are a joke, they are loosing businesses, they are not professional. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This was my go-to place for an affordable massage! My masseuse was obviously in-training and was not good. The masseuse working on the person next to me kept passing gas, I kid you not, which was not relaxing aromatherapy! I was about to wave the white flag and leave when they finally kicked him out and another masseuse replaced him, who was good. But mine remained incompetent. Next time we tried the one in Capitola, hoping it would be better. Sadly it was not.

Worst foot massage ever and I’ve been to many places. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to find a good Chinese foot massage in our area. The guy was rough and just poked and pushed and didn’t “massage”. I told him multiple times and at one point tried to show him. Nothing worked and sadly they don’t understand any English to be able to communicate just a little. I had been here before and had a good experience but doubt I will risk going back.
