Visit went well. The doctor we seen was great. However, front staff charged me when I should not have been charged. I called a week ago to request a refund. I was told they would send a message to billing who would call me. A week later and no call. Called again and was interrupted in the middle of my explanation to be told she sent a message to billing who is not in building. Then was given a slight attitude when I stated I had already been waiting on a call from billing for a week. Staff then stated she sent a message to the supervisor over at billing. (I doubt the message was sent to a supervisor) She kept interrupting my statements and was very short with an unpleasant tone in her voice. I will update if I receive a call from billing this time.

Dr. Herring helped treat an ongoing problem I had been dealing with for years. She treated me quickly and answered all of the questions I had. Dr. Herring performed my surgery and was amazing every step of the way! I would highly recommend her and am so thankful I found her!

I have been seeing the doctors there for about 3 or 4 years now I have had multiple surgerys on both feet doctor Dillinger did the first one he was grate about a year later I had to have another surgery on the outher foot and doctor herring did it she is a down to earth doctor so if you are reading this review just know all the doctors are the best so if you need a foot doctor then I recommend them especially Dr herring

Came in to see Dr. Herring, and she is the best! She not only broke down and explained issues I need to address so that I won’t have the same issues in the future, but also resolved a few problems today! I would highly recommend Dr. Herring to anyone seeking help with foot and ankle problems.

I came in today to see Dr. Herring and I just have to say that she is absolutely FABULOUS! Her professionalism and kindness is something to be applauded. Having a doctor that you feel comfortable with and who does not judge for things you are insecure about is so appreciated. She was very tender and made me feel so comfortable and I really can’t thank Dr. Herring enough for easing the pain I was feeling. Highly recommend Foot and Ankle Associates to anyone with any and all needs they may have for proper foot and ankle health!

Overall my visit was pleasant but it was very disheartening that my provider Dr. Buk fail to observe my complaint she simply told me I had Melanonychia and went on to tell me that she knew it was the end of year and people have met there deductibles.( very unprofessional) I was there for a real concern. By me being a medical professional I knew something was wrong so I saw some one else who did an actual work-up; Of course, I had a diagnosis that needed to be treated. I'm not really sure why this happened but it was poor judgment on her behalf. After reading the reviews I see I'm not the only patient this has happened too. Thanks for nothing.

I share the same sentiments as others about Dr Buk. Rushed. Unconcerned. Rough. I went in for an ingrown toenail and left with an ingrown toenail; told it was just calloused skin. She yanked it out. That was pretty rough. She went on to say that she’d do the procedure but since I hadn’t met my deductible I’d have to pay x amount of dollars but she’d do it if I wanted her to. Long story short I took care of it myself. If I have it again I’ll try another provider or a different clinic. Wish they gave refunds 😐

I had an ingrown toenail that had been hurting for years and kept getting infected. I put it off because I HATE people touching my feet and going to the doctor’s office in general, but Dr Alex Dellinger did a fantastic job and explained things thoroughly without being rushed. The injections were nearly painless, and he actually listened to me when I told him I needed a little more anesthetic (something hard to find with doctors nowadays). He explained things well and made sure I was comfortable and felt in control the whole time. I’ll be going back to him when my other ingrown toenail acts up and I’m so relieved that I don’t have to dread getting the other one treated. If you want a doctor who will take you seriously and listen to you, Dr Dellinger is the way to go.
