I used to say they were the best until my insurance changed, I told them a month earlier , when my timed Dexcom 7 was up for renewal, witch is basically life or death for me , no notice nothing , they said we cannot help you ! At this point they almost put me in the hospital ! I changed pharmacies ! We will never go back !

Best pharmacy hands down! Everyone is so kind an helpful. There's even a drive through! That makes things so much easier. They fill prescriptions quickly. They even deliver if you need assistance with getting your medication. The owner is a wonderful person an kind soul. I wouldn't go anyplace else. Been using this pharmacy for 20 years.

I Have been getting my Medication's filled at the Grayling , MI. Location for Many Years. The Staff has Always Been Great and Perceptions Always been Prompt!! ( 99.6% ). I can Understand the problems with finding People to Work and the Trust Involved, I give them Credit!!! -and- a Thank You for the Personal Help They Have given My Wife & Myself

The owner/pharmacist is absolutely phenomenal. My aunt came to visit and ran out of her insulin...Walgreens said no problem and when we went to pick it up, they said said they didn't take her insurance. They sent the script to Family Fare. Went to Family Fare and they informed us the insurance authorization system was down and nothing they could do. That was hard to accept because this insulin is super important...went into The Medicine Shoppe and without hesitation the owner said she could call and possibly get authorization over the phone. She made the call to Family Fare to get the scripts forwarded...really...just above and beyond!! Excited to make this our pharmacy!!

Best pharmacy in Grayling! Never long wait times, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they text when prescriptions are ready for pick up! Walgreens maybe “cheaper”, however cheaper usually isn’t “better”! I’ll gladly pay the extra pennies at the medicine shoppe in exchange for fast and friendly service.
