Stay Away - asked clients to get tested for HIV due to an “accident”. I was really disappointed that they had a “needle accident” and asked 300~ customers to get tested for HIV just to “be safe”. How irresponsible and careless. And then had the audacity to send a casual email on a Saturday evening (screenshot below) asking clients to get tested for a disease. I went to urgent care on Sunday morning to get tested and the front desk, physicians assistant and nurse all asked me to send them the email so they could also tell people to stay away. The physicians assistant was in awe - his jaw was on the floor - he could not fathom how such an “accident” could have happened and rest assured that I didn’t have it and apologized on HEALING ARTS behalf.
Pay for quality and go somewhere that won’t put your health at risk.

Dawn is amazing! She is so intelligent and knows what she is doing very well! She is an expert in what she does. She is kind and very intuitive.
My mom also came to see her and described her experience as a religious biblical experience. She eased my mom's lower back pain she was feeling.
Dawn has helped me with back pain, foot pain, leg soreness, anxiety, and stress.
If she sees you are concerned about the needles, she would have these tactics that would help you not to feel the needle!
The ambiance of this place is also very soothing and relaxing.
I always feel I float when I go home after a session with Dawn!
I 100% Recommend this place! Give it a try!

If you are suffering from aches and pains, I highly recommend making yourself a regular at Healing Arts. I was new to acupuncture and frankly scared of needles, but Dawn treated me with such care and respect that it made the experience totally zen. Beautiful facility, extremely clean, very easy to book appointments and communicate with the administrative staff. 10/10 place!

My acupuncture session with Dawn Webster was delightfully magical. We started with a brief chat so she could learn about my body and desires for the session. Then she described the different options she offered (massage, cupping and acupuncture) so I could add whatever appealed to me. I appreciated the privacy screens so that the community session felt less communal and allowed me to really relax. I'm looking forward to returning regularly and am thrilled to learn they also accept my insurance.

People were unnecessarily rude about a situation completely outside of my control. I offered to reschedule and they refused. There is nothing worse than being in pain and in a vulnerable position with someone who does not seem to respect you.

Dawn is great - highly recommend her as she really knew her points (an acupuncture term) and customized treatment for my pain. I started using her after about a year of pain and nothing else working. Over the last 2 months, I am now able to do things (like climbing stairs) that I hadn’t been able to in a while.
