I recently had the pleasure of visiting Health & Harmony Oriental Medical Clinic and I can’t express enough how amazing my experience was. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm, and the entire atmosphere immediately put me at ease.
Pam, is incredible. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns about the pain I had been experiencing around my ear and explained the treatment process in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and confident.
After just one session, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the pain I had been dealing with for a while. I truly couldn’t believe how much better I felt so quickly! Pam’s approach to my treatment made me feel cared for, and I really appreciated her personal attention throughout the whole process.
I’m beyond grateful to Pam for her expertise and genuine care. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend!

I had such acute muscle pain that it hurt to move. Pam got me in and was determined to give me major relief. Much to my surprise, she was able to in one session. She is skilled, kind, very professional and I highly recommend you see her. (By the way, I have been to at least three other acupuncturists in the past years for various issues. Pam gave me the best relief.) So glad I found her.

This is the 3rd time Pam has saved me. Several years ago I messed up my lower back so badly. My mom had to drive me to her office. I could barely walk let alone drive. I left after 1 session walking upright and pain free. Then a few years later I had terrible plantar fasciitis. 1 session later, gone. Now I'm having sinus and respiratory issues and she's come to my rescue again.

Please share this review with anyone who is experiencing pain! I did not know anything about acupuncture but was so desperate for help. I had a sudden disc herniation that compressed the L5 nerve which controls the large muscles in your buttocks and extends down the right leg. Due to the severity of pain and sudden acute foot drop, I had to have surgery. After surgery some of the pain returned and the foot drop was unresolved. Pam was amazing. She recognized the severity of my issues and was soooooo patient to stay and work on every single area. There was much improvement in my pain and great results in my foot drop condition. Pam is very knowledgeable and her experience and skill was life saving for me. Thank you, Pam!

I think of myself as a healthy skeptic. BUT. This was my first experience of acupuncture, and I have to say that Pam has already made me a believer! I’ve had some intermittent chronic neck pain for at least a decade now; an MRI scan showed that there are two bulging discs in my neck. Usually, I ice it or ignore it, but the aches had been really getting to me lately, interfering with my sleep & attempts at meditation practice. So, I looked up local acupuncturists, and I chose Pam. I chose her because of her three decades of experience, her multiple licenses and certifications, and the glowing reviews on her website. Boy, I’m happy to now be writing another one of those glowing reviews!

Pam is gentle and funny, wise and well-practiced. Her bedside manner made me feel comfortable right away. She listened carefully to my complaints, and we discussed a treatment plan for the session. I had some immediate relief from the session, but the real surprise was when I woke up the next day—with NO neck pain! I was (and still am) amazed. Then I realized that my lower back was actually hurting quite a lot. I’m a nurse, and I had just worked four night shifts. The neck pain had been masking my lower back pain! So, I’ve scheduled another session with Pam for next week. I’m excited for the results! Thank you, Pam! I highly recommend her to anyone who is curious about getting acupuncture.

I have gone to Pam Byers for various issues over the years, and I learned that she is one of the few people in Arkansas who is certified in Oriental Reproductive Medicine. My first two pregnancies were at the ages of 43 and 44, and both ended in miscarriages. I did not want to go through fertility treatments (or another miscarriage!), so I discussed these matters with Pam. As always, she listened intently and took her time. I followed her advice, took the vitamins and herbs that she recommended, and had an acupuncture treatment. My third and final pregnancy was viable, and I had a healthy son at the age of 45! I wholeheartedly recommend Pam for anyone seeking a holistic approach to wellness, but especially for women who are dealing with fertility issues.
