Es grandiosa esta medicina, solo llevo 3 semanas y m vida a cambiado muchisimo, me siento con mas energias, las manchas de m piel estan desapareciendo, termino de comer y ya no me honcho como un globo era horrible y una pesadilla comer los alimentos, no podia dormir y ahora me siento como nueva gracias al Doctor how que me esta tratando mi enfermedad intestinal, los recomiendo 100%.

She can only win by her words and nothing more than that, if you can understand what she’s talking. I don’t want to give half star either as she took £90 for the session and did nothing. She skipped the part of cupping saying that she’s busy but took the money for it and said she’ll do some hand massage
again, did nothing. Kept saying that she will be busy as if a lot of customers come to her place. And if you ask about the place you cannot relax for a second it’s that noisy. Also very interested about personal life asking me and doubting on my life how poor and difficult my life is going to be. I would give a big zero for her service and don’t trust her on the reply she’s gonna give on this message as she would obviously defend herself that she’s good. Believe me you’ll definitely regret it and waste your money. The good reviews you see probably are fake I don’t think a single customer can be happy with this kind of service.
It was never two side acupuncture £70 she took for the session and £20 for consultation.
Also she didn’t ask for the experience and was ready to book the next one which is so unprofessional and greedy.

I have had my acupuncture treatment for 7 weeks and I have seen some amazing results. I have a drop foot I was unable to move my toes at all, however after the first treatment I have really good results. I’m still continuing my treatment and each time it is getting better and I’m able to walk a lot more with my right feet. Susan is amazing, she is nice and kind, I definitely recommend her!!!

I initially came to her with extreme fatigue and irregular period, and after three months of acupuncture and herbal treatment, my symptoms are now cured. I was after something to help me detox Susan introduced me to a herbal tea which at first I didn't think it was going to work. Surprisingly it was the most amazing an affective herbal tea I have ever taken. Thank you to Susan's great customer service and of course honesty. I am now a regular customer. Thank you

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Susane. The language barrier was overwhelming, making it impossible for her to explain anything regarding her diagnosis or decisions. She rushed me over the phone to come in, but once there, the consultation was utterly unhelpful. Despite charging a £20 consultation fee, she could barely articulate her thoughts due to her lack of English proficiency. The only thing she could repeatedly say was, "I cannot explain." If you can’t explain, why are you charging for a service you're not providing?

During the consultation, she even pointed out twice that the consultation cost £20, as if that justified the lack of communication. I also tried a 45-minute session that cost £55, and it was an equally unpleasant experience, with constant noise and people talking outside & Needles falling during the treatment. Let me also mention there is no disinfection of the area before/after pricking. Please go at your own risk. When I suggested she improve her English for better communication, she was dismissive, insisting there was no problem with her language skills.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You can get far better services for the same price elsewhere. £75 wasted in total. Hopefully, she takes this feedback seriously and improves her communication skills. Would have given 1 star but giving 2 stars because I feel there is a scope of improvement.

I have bad sciatic for 4weeks. I couldn’t walk normally when I come to the shop. Susan did acupuncture for me. After one session I feel big difference. I can walk as usual. I will do one more time to maintain. It is very good result.

Started seeing Susan a few weeks ago she has been so helpful and honest with my treatments. She's looks after you so well. I've been having swelling in my ankle for some time and none of the doctors can figure out whats wrong. So far, I've seen some progress since my treatments with Susan but I know it will take time. She has even trusted me enough with the payments for my treatments which shows how sweet her heart is. If your having health issues and the doctors cant figure it out, come to Sue. She fabulous ?
