Love the helpful staff here. I did 6 sessions of the Emsella Chair before thinking about a bladder lift. I think this is a great way to strengthen all the right places without the surgery.

I love the experience I’ve had with High Plains Wellness thus far. I use the Alter G treadmill 3 days a week. My knees are literally bone-on-bone, and I was originally able to walk for only a short time on a regular treadmill.
Now I can walk so much better!
In addition, I have been following a high protein eating plan, and have lost 10 pounds since coming here.
Everyone here is awesome, and so friendly, and helpful also! I look forward to continuing to progress on this healthier journey!

I had hope when I started going a year ago and that has faded into the background. Took a year for them to do a complete blood panel. Same speech every month. Protein. Water. Everybody is different. They even tell you that, but no effort to make a plan that is individual to the person. Seeing other clients come and go. I seriously have to ask myself do they even have experience working or a desire to work with those who fall into the larger size of life. Not to mention the amount times they have canceled or left me in a waiting room and forgot about me. If you are looking to make a lifestyle change I'd pass on this place.

Its 8:19am and I am unloading my truck with Tractor Supply and watched a lady in the backyard just toss plastic bags and garbage to the Tractor supply side. That's environmentally not okay, why couldn't she just take it and throw it away in your guys garbage either way it's trash. So take some responsibility instead of littering. The pics are what she throw over. You should be ashamed of yourselves for having a person like that especially for a "Wellness Company" and from talking to employees at tractor supply seems you guys throw trash back over alot. Do better and THROW it away in your own bins or come on other side and throw it in the big bins next you you even if it flies over into your yard.

I am 63 years old and struggling with my weight. My insurance would not help me pay for weight loss medication and I could not afford to buy it out of pocket.
I had my first visit at the clinic. It was a great experience. I had a guilt free and healthy latte while I waited for the appointment. I love the space and there are so many services that are offered.
The staff is amazing. They offered a solution and now I feel hopeful that I can start feeling better and get healthier. I appreciate the support and encouragement.
