SLP here failed to do her job and or communicate anything effectively with me. Set me up for failure with a AAC company that was already targeting me. Also gas lit me about my own experiences living with tourette's syndrome and said "I cant believe that anyone would ever treat you that way! I just can ignore your tics." When I pointed out she was a medical worker and not the general public, she laughed and dismissed me further.

I had been pre approved to go to the north location when I called in to see about scheduling after new order was faxed to them after my rotator cuff surgery receptionist augured with me about new orders and said they were 3 weeks out and they weren't interested in new patients ? I found this hard to believe . so I called Alton physical therapy and they worked me in that day I am glad they did because I found Alton physical therapy they seem to be really on top of their game and get 5 stars .I am sure I will probably get a the standard corporate response from BJC about this post I am really disappointed because I've had good luck with BJC in the past .

I have Sue Heinz as my physical therapist. She did great job with my shoulder and made sure I push myself to get better.

I've been bringing my son here for about a year. I couldn't say good enough things about this place. His speech has taken off and his OT has improved so much. The entire staff is wonderful.

Their hours are not posted on the outside of the building. They are opened from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. There are parking spots dedicated for their clients in front of the building. With a really cool motion door opener by waving your hand, which is helpful if you are injured.
