Dr. Lauren is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind doctors I’ve ever encountered.

She does whole body work. Body, mind and spirit. I don’t know how she does it, but she has been able to pinpoint the problem and the mind connection to the problem every time.

The reason this is so important is because a lot of providers focus on only one half of the problem - either physical or mental and I think the reason she is so effective is because she works through both.

I had wild lower back pain in pregnancy and in postpartum and I left feeling immensely better in just one appointment.

I can’t recommend Dr. Lauren enough.

I don’t know how it works, but I’m grateful for Dr. Lauren’s magic she is able to wield. I have carried tension and pain in my neck for as long as I can remember, and during pregnancy my lower back hurts just as bad; a session with her yesterday helped immensely and I slept better than I have in a long while. For the last 2 weeks, I've been experiencing some crazy anxiety and have barely eaten, leading me to drop 6 lbs. I've had a head ache for the last 3 days that wouldn't go away. Dr. Lauren was able to squeeze me in the last minute for body work.
I'm not sure what she did, but WOW! I left the clinic head ache free, went home, and actually ate food! I'm a big fan of mediation. However, I haven't been able to "get in the zone" because the anxiety has been overwhelming. After I ate, I meditated for 30 minutes and came out of it feeling relaxed and restored.
Dr. Lauren does more than chiropractic work! She has jump-started my mental health to being back on track. I'm so thankful for her.

Dr. Lauren is great! She really listens and asks questions to understand what treatment is best for you. Unlike many chiropractic offices in the area, there’s no requirement or hard sell to agree to a specific number of visits, whether you need that many treatments or not. She genuinely wants to improve your health, not just sell appointments. Dr. Lauren is also a great resource for other local natural practitioners.
