Michael is hands down the best practitioner I have ever worked with. I have had complex issues for 8+ years that no one seemed to be able to figure out. After working with many regular, naturopathic, and functional medicine doctors, I finally found MCA. Michael was able to figure out very quickly what was wrong and personalized treatment to my body. He even worked with me on a limited timeline as I did not want to put off a move I had been planning for. Michael is truly a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about his clients. His fees are also very affordable compared to others in this space and only recommends what is absolutely necessary. I would give MCA 10 stars if I could!

I have been going to MCA for several years now. Before seeing Michael, I saw eleven different doctors who provided no answers and very little help. I had no experience with anything other than western medicine before going to MCA. Michael’s holistic approach addresses the actual cause of symptoms. My health has improved drastically! Going to MCA is the best choice I’ve made for my health. Michael is knowledgeable and compassionate. MCA also offers a sliding scale for payment, making this service affordable. I highly recommend!

I started going to MCA after a bad case of COVID. I had so many physical problems and none of my doctors could figure out how to help me. I was absolutely miserable. A Chinese Medicine doctor in Park City, Utah told me that I should be looking for an acupuncturist with certain degrees and credentials because too many don’t have the expertise needed to help me. Michael had the expertise and credentials I was looking for. He identified many underlying infections and issues I was having that no one else had figured out. At one point I thought I was dying. That’s how sick I was. Michael figured out that I had become allergic/sensitive to many of the healthy foods that I was eating on a regular basis. He gets to the root of the problem. I don’t think I would be alive if it wasn’t for the care and compassion at MCA.

MICHAEL GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK through acupuncture and herbs! I’ve had acupuncture in multiple states and Michael is by far the best I have ever been to! While treating me for stress, he really listened to my body and ended up diagnosing me with viruses and infections I didn’t even know I had, including Lyme disease! All of his diagnoses were later confirmed by blood tests by my primary care doctor. After just a few months in Michael’s care I feel 10 years younger. Seriously. For years I thought I was just run down and old from work, and he completely changed that for me. People live in agony and take antibiotics for years to treat their Lyme symptoms and Michael treated mine with 11 sessions of acupuncture and an herbal regimen. He really cares about his patients and wants them to HEAL (and sometimes I secretly think he’s actually a wizard). He’ll treat the cause not just the symptoms. I’ll never be able to thank him enough. This man will change your life.

I have been going to Madison Community Acupuncture for a few years now and I am so happy I found Michael. I have gone in for everything from back pain to extreme stress and I always walk out feeling better. The treatments have improved my body’s functioning well enough that my back pain now works itself out within hours instead of the 4-7 days it used to take. Michael is kind, caring, and thoughtful about his work and I can’t recommend him highly enough. The affordability can’t be beat either.

I'd been to acupuncture in the past and found it very effective for help with backpain I had related to a climbing injury. Unfortunately it was too expensive to continue going. Then a friend told me about Michael's affordable acupuncture clinic here in Madison. I've been going off and on for about a year now and have found it to be really helpful. Not only is my back much better, but Michael was also able to help me strengthen my immune system so I haven't been sick even once since I started going. I used to get sick all the time. I would recommend his services to anyone!
