Dr. Ledesma is one of the best chiropractors I’ve been to in town. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and always makes sure to answer any questions I might have before I leave. He also has the sports recovery center which comes in handy so I can get my knee worked on as well.

Amazing staff and amazing establishment with a wide variety of options to put you back together. I’ve gone to see Dr. Ledesma, barely able to move, more times than I can count and left in so much relief. Dr. Ledesma cares about his patients and it shows in the amount of time he spends with each patient to ensure they get relief in whatever pains them. Highly recommend!

Amazing Chiropractor! Dr. Dave actually works with your body to align it as well as using modern imagery from x-rays and MRI s. Very easy person to talk to and very direct. He will get you going in the direction you need to go. I've been going for over 2 years and I have seen a massive change in waking up, feeling better and more refreshed.

Good chiropractor poor business practices. A bit switch and baity... Prior to being a member I didn't have an issue with my appointments...I sign a contract and I received notification less than 24 hours prior to the appointment (while I'm working) that the appointment wàs cancelled...not due to emergency, not due to overbooking, but simply because they decided to close the office last minute for a holiday that was on a Saturday but still deciding to cancel appointments for Friday... Why on earth you'd close a business before the actual holiday is absurd. It's also arguably contractually unethical since they cancelled that appointment and I wasn't able to make it the next week I had to lose one of my adjustment credits and pay for the following month... Waiting for them to contact me to offer some sort of explanation or compensation for cheating me out of a service credit it was 4 more weeks before I heard anything when I had my card locked to refuse future charges. Once they couldn't charge my card THEN they reached out via text message... I responded reminding them of their choices picking and choosing when to offer services and how if I don't have the choice to pick and choose when I pay then they shouldn't have a choice to pick and choose when it's convenient to keep client appointments and when it's not. I took off the morning for my appointment costing me business as I too am self employed and am just shocked and disappointed that a small and local business is so careless and rude to their customers. In the end because I brought forward my complaint I received an automated email my membership was cancelled (despite the 6 month contract) so I'd also be weary if you're considering signing one. Anyone who picks and chooses when to uphold a contract and when not to based on their mood of the day isn't someone I'd want to mix my finances with. Again big disappointment because the chiropractor is talented but perhaps his talent has clouded his judgement in respecting client's time and feedback... I have yet to hear anything else directly from them. When I inquired why my membership was terminated for making a complaint they continued to not respond. In all industries healthcare and bodywork providers above all others cannot afford to not communicate and make clients feel safe and comfortable... I'm happy to pay more and drive farther for piece of mind my time is respected and if I have a complaint it will be addressed...I won't just be kicked to the curb and given the silent treatment because they don't want to "deal" with the situation they created.

Dr.Ledesma has been very accommodating and thorough for my treatments. They offer quite a few different unique services such as cryotherapy and sports massage! I would highly recommend just based off the different payment plans they have, depending on how frequent you need treatment.

I got adjusted by Dr. Ledesma a few years ago for the first time and I have fallen in love with being adjusted. The full body vibration machine, the cupping and scraping that they offer are amazing. I also love getting a sports massage since I like to lift heavy and workout 6 days a week. Best place in town to get adjusted. My son is 9 and in Jiujitsu and he has also been getting adjusted for years.

I went here in February and since I couldn't find my insurance card, I paid out of pocket.
$80 and I got some percussion work done and a very thorough adjustment. I was very happy with the experience.

But, I got a letter from my insurance company letting me know what THEY paid for of the treatment. Which I found odd, since I didn't give my insurance information. And I specifically asked to pay out of pocket.

I also left my license there which I didn't know till months later when they sent it to me in the mail.

I'm glad I got my license back. But I'm curious as to why it took so long.

Yesterday, a Friday, I wanted to go in for an adjustment, but I had a schedule conflict and knew I wouldn't be able to make it. Luckily, this exact site exists and I was able to see that they are open on Saturday, but at reduced hours. No problem, I can totally make that work.

I got there well within the ours of operations, the door was unlocked and the doctor was there. He appeared to be having a conversation with someone and I apologized for interrupting and asked if I could get an adjustment.

I was told they were not open.
I informed them that the hours posted online said they were open on Saturdays from 10-12.

He told me that he cannot control what the internet says and offered to set me up for Monday or Tuesday. I told him I couldn't, as I had work those days, and it's already a 30 minute drive to town.

He said, "Well, sorry."

I'm not sure why anyone would be at their place of business during posted business hours with the door unlocked if they aren't in fact, open for business, but I'm not sure it's the best business practice.

Unfortunately, he won't see this criticism since he doesn't seem to know his business has a page on Google. I'm sure if he did, he'd update the hours to better serve his clients.

Shame.
