I finished a week's course with Gabi on emotions and it's amazing how much she gave us. She taught us about triggers, ways of dealing with insomnia, emotional body clock, emotional layers and depression, blind spots in a person, being overwhelmed and much more. We practised meditation, TFT EFT tapping, visualization. I had a therapy session with her. All I can say after this is that Gabi is very resourceful and she has a variety of techniques for the most efficient help to every particular individual. She is not a distant coach who is just working with a stranger, it rather feels that she is a caring, empathetic friend who will do everything possible to understand you, find the causes, select the methods and help. My experience with Gabriela was wonderful. During her course, I learned about emotions and mind. Specifically, techniques for stress relief, relaxation, meditation, and healing. At the end of the course on the subconscious and conscious mind, Gabriela conducted a healing therapy session with me. I never believed there was such pressure on me from an event that happened 15 years ago, and I wasn't aware of how much it affected my daily life. As a result of this session, I felt much "cleaner," purified. I learned to forgive to free myself, I talked to myself, and I accepted what happened to me, managing to move forward. Money Mindset UpLeveled! I have been on a healing journey since 2018 with deep inner work this past year in hypnotherapy. I have broken through barriers and upleveled my consciousness...however, there are still some deep blocks around money. This is where Gabriela comes in. I attended her introductory workshop and was eager to jump all in her Financial Freedom Map workshop the week after.
