Dr. Ashley Lyons is honestly the best doctor 🙂 She truly cares about you, your mental health, being an advocate for your mental health, and wants to make a positive impact on one’s mental health and everyday lives. She goes above and beyond and makes me feel so comfortable, safe, valid, and seen. I went 31 years without an ADHD diagnosis and she is really helping me navigate through this and learn more about it and how it impacts all aspects of my life. She takes the time to actually listen to you and wants the best mental health journey for her patients. Anytime I have reached out to the support team for LifeStance I’ve had a very positive experience. I also had neurophysiological testing done and Dr. Grace Verbeck was also another exceptional doctor. Thank you Dr. Lyons for having me get the testing done, for getting me an accurate and proper diagnosis, and for continuing to work with me on my mental health journey. You’re the best 🙂

As if dealing with depression and chronic pain isn't hard enough, having to deal with this place and getting an appointment scheduled has been a struggle in itself. We looked forward to finding a place that looked like it was a good match for my husband but it's been weeks of back and forth and them canceling, rescheduling and now "reassigning" him to a new therapist. I got involved because the frustration of trying to get someone to call and have this figured out was enough for him to want to not bother anymore. They canceled his first appointment so after I went there in person, as well as calling and requesting for it to be rescheduled, someone finally called and booked him with a therapist who apparently doesn't even "specialize" in addressing depression - so why was he paired with this person to begin with? I would have given this review 1 star but I gave it 2 only because they have been "professional" in their communication, however, don't expect them to cater to your specific needs and actually remember the situation, because if anyone did remember they'd understand and admit how unacceptable this experience has been for us so far.

Dr. Lyons is absolutely wonderful. I had my first appointment with her today and she was so kind and informative and really cared about what I had to say. She shared some really eye opening information about medications that I’m already on that may not be a good match for me and we came up with a plan to move forward that will hopefully make some positive changes. I really feel like I’m finally moving in a better direction and look forward to working with her.
