I have been to Live Wellness Center twice now for a massage. Every single time I am looking forward to the next time I am able to come back. Jason is very knowledgeable about massage therapy and has given me lots of great techniques and advice to help keep the tension worked out of my shoulder muscles. The Live Wellness Center was exactly what I needed-- in fact more than I expected to work out months of cumulative stress. The center is ever so delightfully quiet and clean and efficient. The best part is Jason, the masseuse. He was full of helpful suggestions on how to eliminate some of that stress between visits. I've never used a masseuse as anything but relaxation before but because of Jason's expertise and wonderful nature he's become a new sort of stress therapist. Please do come here and enjoy. But bring him a relaxation CD because he's down to one.

Live Wellness Center has been an answer to my prayers and such a blessing to my family. Before coming to Live Wellness Center, I had only bad experiences with therapists, and I was terrified I would have just another therapist telling me to “get over it” or “suck it up.” I prayed as I walked in that God would place the right people in my path to help me heal. As I walked into the office for my intake evaluation, I was a nervous wreck, but after I started talking to Rania, I realized I was exactly where I was meant to be. I was diagnosed with PTSD due to a very abusive relationship I was in before I met my husband and from my son being stillborn earlier this year. Rania and I came up with a plan that included a combination of Christian counseling, clinical counseling, art therapy, and education. I couldn’t be more thankful for everything Rania and the team at Live Wellness Center have done not only for me, but also for my family. I’m more confident, a lot happier, and well prepared to identify and handle my triggers when they arise. My time at Live Wellness Center has been life-changing, and I can’t thank them enough. I’m no longer a victim - I’m living proof of victory!

I have been to Live Wellness several times now and really appreciate Jason skill as a massage therapist. He works the tension out of my shoulders and low back and I leave feeling so much lighter and better. I highly recommend Jason!

I simply can't believe what this so called counseling service just did to my wife. I did quite a bit of research to find help for my wife who suffers from depression and anxiety. We recently moved to the area and it has been very difficult for my wife as she has no support. She needed someone to support her, speak truth to her and help her through this time of transition. She had her appointment today and the center said that they couldn't help her. She poured out her heart to them stressing how much she needed a Christian counselor and how important Jesus was in her life and they simply said they didn't have the resources to help her. For someone who has extreme sensitivities regarding rejection from her childhood years you can imagine how devastating that would be to hear when you were so hopeful for a Christian influence to help you through a difficult time. I guess if your problems aren't too big this may be a place that can help you. I have never heard of any counseling center anywhere that has licensed people on staff turn someone away because they think they're problems are too big to deal with. I'm actually in shock that a group designed to help people would do this. Our experience, needless to say was horrible and damaging.

I had a great massage at Live Wellness Center. I was able to get in and out quickly. Jason did a great job explaining the massage and I found it very relaxing and rejuvenating.

As a Christian woman there are mutiple things that I know to be true in my head, but my heart battles my head and my emotions can often mislead my way of thinking. My counselor at LWC has helped me sort out the misleading thoughts in my head and together with God's word, we are working to get me back to the me I used to be. I'm currently struggling through a difficult seperation with my husband, I've had severe anxiety and depression for years, and the combination has been very hard on me, but I know that LWC is a safe place that I feel comfortable sharing life's troubles and I never have to fear being judged. My counselor is awesome and I'm very greatful for her support and prayers! The staff in the office is amazing too, I'm always met with a smile and somedays that alone can be a big game changer for me. If you're looking to seek counseling, Live Wellness Center is where you should go!

I found Live Wellness after a friend of mine suggested I try Art Therapy in addition to traditional talk therapy. I have been in talk therapy since childhood due to trauma from abuse. Fits of Anger, Depression, and Choosing Bad Relationships were all symptoms of the Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome I was diagnosed with. These symptoms interrupted my professional life and jeapordized many friendships I have had. It got to a point where I began to explode in anger without even knowing why I got so angry and committed acts of anger before I had time to think about it. I realized it was because another layer of hurt was still present. I felt I needed a Deeper level of therapy than talk therapy sessions. When my friend informed me that Art Therapy allows your subconscious to tap into a deeper level of healing I looked for the most reputable place in Columbus. I was thrilled to discover they took my insurance and started sessions 1 year and a half ago. Since starting Art Therapy with my theapist I am able to express myself in more ways than talking and tapping into a more effective and healthy release of dormant negative energy through art. Granted it helps being a completely willing participant and wanting to grow even if it means letting go of unhealthy habits I love. If you feel like you have unhealthy symptoms and dont know how to release them in a healthy way I recommend Art Therapy and even more so recommend Live Welness! I have truly been in a peacful & joyful place since I unclogged the subconscious blockages that prevented me from living out my healthiest potential. Art Therapy at Live Wellness is the main reason for that.
